I think a lot of people fail to realize the staff is hear to welcome you and help you enjoy your stay. Smile and be nice. Treat the staff with kindness and respect. After all, that's how you want to be treated, right?

Calypso Cafe is a great little place for coffee/ quick breakfast or late night snack/dessert. Good was okay. Really over priced but that's the same with all Marriott food. We had the breakfast sandwiches/ coffee one morning which was good. We also went to have the chocolate truffle for a late nite dessert. Food was okay and service staff were... More

It's not a bad place to go to grab a quick sandwich for lunch if you don't want to leave the resort. Definitely pricey since its in the Marriott, but that's expected. Food is decent, not the greatest.

I should start by pointing out that I LOVE brunch...and I especially love a good hotel brunch buffet. I don't even mind paying for it. But this wasn't anywhere near worth the $26 (after tax and included tip). To start, the coffee was too strong (and I like strong coffee). The pastries were dry, or even completely stale and really,... More

This was where we had breakfast every day. Service was quick and there is an a LA carte or buffet ... we chose the latter and were pleased with the range of foods made available from fruit, continental or full breakfast. Super value for money in such an up-market resort.

We only went into the Calypso to pick up coffee and muffin before heading to the golf course. Muffins are big enough that 2 of us shared one. Great coffee too!!

Some of the best burgers/ chicken sandwiches on the island Big portion of veggies and fries come with it Everything else in this place (esp out front) is super overpriced but that's how it goes with the monopoly the Marriott has on the island. The breakfast buffet is definitely worth it if not for the unlimited drinks (most places charge... More
