Great location and varied menu

The Hungry Iguana is attached to Paradise Villas and is obviously a popular little place. There is seating outside on the porch or inside - a bit lacking in island character but very comfortable - booth seating and a bar with TV (which isn't particularly what I look for in a place to eat, but it... read more

One of the local dive masters recommended the Lionfish Fingers appetizer, so we had to give this place a try for lunch. We weren't disappointed -the lionfish was excellent (not to mention that creating a consumer demand for this invasive species could help protect the native ecosystem). The service was friendly and prompt yet unhurried, and we were joined on... More

You cannot go wrong with the Hungry Iguana. Not only are all the staff very friendly but the cooks are amazing. We had lobster dinner, pizza night, jerk chicken quesadillas, jerk chicken caesar salad, potato salad.....the list goes on and everything was great. They have limited hours as you would expect on an island but they are the only ala... More

We stayed at Paradise Villas for 2 weeks so we ate here quite often. Tasty food and very friendly, efficient service. Their daily specials we found were excellent. Also fajita and pizza nights were good. Lion fish gingers were delicious. Locals gather there and it is a relaxed atmosphere. It was also nice to be able to sit outside for... More

Husband went there to watch a football a game and I enjoyed the view outside. Drinks were good, and the plantain chips sure make your average bar complementary peanuts/popcorn seem like to crap.

We stayed at Paradise Villas and ate lunch and dinner at The Hungry Iguana. The food was tasty for such a secluded island. Pizza night was delicious!!!!!!

Shuba was our server most of the week we were there. She became a part of our family and we miss her! Food was consistent. Pizza night rocked, specials were tasty and the curry was delicious! Atmosphere was great and accommodated our large family every night!

The Hungry Iguana continues to serve a nice variety of meals. Their conch dishes were very good -- as were the local lobster dishes. The staff is friendly and the setting can't be beat. We were there for the special Christmas and New Year's Eve dinners, which were wonderful. The bar is relaxed and well stocked. They now serve smoothies,... More

Portions will feed most, are tasty and reasonably priced given everything is imported. Inside much like a traditional panelled bar room, but hey - sit outside.

The Hungry Iguana is an ok bar if you are biking down the road and want to stop for a drink. Tap beer selection is limited but they have some bottles. Prices not bad for the Caymans. Inside looks clean and up to date.
