If you know anything about the Caymans, restaurants are expensive... just like everything else there. Well, Cimboco is the most reasonably priced restaurant I know of along SMB that is not fast food or a bar. Every trip we eat there.

In a little strip mall designed like a pastel-painted village, just off West Bay Road, you'll find Cimboco. Eclectic can only begin to describe the menu, which runs the gamut from wood-fired pizzas to typical Caribbean flavors. My husband opted for the spicy pork chop with mushrooms and 2 fried eggs over a mound of roasted potatoes. I chose the... More

Came back to visit Cimboco after a few years and the great breakfast deal is still here for $5. Can't beat this deal. We tried the Banana leaf roasted snapper and it was fantastic. Eggplant parmesan was very good but the shrimp alfredo was kind of skimpy as they only give you about 4 shrimps. Otherwise a well cooked meal.... More

As I said good food at a great price. Breakfast during the week is only $6 or$7. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed

Close to our hotel, fresh food, not too expensive by island standards. Don't let the strip mall location fool you!

I have eaten here for breakfast a number of times. The food is consistent and the serving staff are very helpful and friendly explaining items on the menu. They are thoughtful when positioning visitors when they can given the sun streaming in the windows. The orange juice was pulp free with no added sugar, as I never saw a drinks... More

Family went here twice on our recent vacation to Grand cayman; once for dinner and then again for breakfast. It is within walking distance from the Marriott and other hotels in the area. We had the short ribs which fell off the bone and had a bit of a 'kick' to them, and they were delicious. Mahi Mahi with pesto... More

The food is average, nothing spectacular. While we were there, they had two servers on duty and full tables inside and out. Unable to get decent service as they were running ragged trying to keep up.
