This is a great spot for a tapas style dinner. We got a mix of appetizers and ceviches but then also had full size entrees. (We were pretty hungry!) The menu offers a selection of ceviches (by the spoon or portion), peruvian tiraditos, cold and raw appetizers and hot appetizers plus entrees of pasta, fish and meat. The different ceviches...

After reading the reviews here, we had to try Aqua . . . it was great. We were able to walk to it from the Marriott. Nice outdoor seating, great menu selection including fresh grouper and shrimp, attentive service - try the shrimp and gnocci appetizer.

On our recent trip we did not have room on our schedule to have dinner at Agua, not to be deterred we decided to go for lunch. We were happy to see they had mussels on their lunch menu, I remember how great they were last year.
We ordered them and they were as great as I remembered. I wish...

Loved this spot so much, we had dinner twice in our week in GC! The ceviches are incredible. Really enjoyed the seafood paella as well.

They have indoor and outdoor seating (by the main road). The service was good and the food was flavorful, delicious and...

Our family was taking an old friend out who is an island resident, and when I suggested Agua, she declared it was one of her top three favorites....

Interesting combinations of flavors made the food exciting. We had a red peper ceviche that blew us away.

Dinner at Agua was one of my favorite meals on Grand Cayman. Everyone in our party enjoyed their meals, particularly the ossobucco and the tuna entrees. Given the quality of the food, I thought the prices were fairly reasonable for the island.
