Oh my where to start...... Rude staff who seem to think they are doing you ... the customer, a favour Mediocre menu that takes forever to get to the table.... even after you have hunted down a reluctant waitress But to be balanced, what is good about the place, well they do have a pleasant bartender. The only thing that... More

We paid for the all inclusive which was really not, bad value and was not worth it, the service on the beach was awful and the chairs were super uncomfortable. I thought Grand Cayman was classier than that. I will never recommend Royal Palms Beach Club to anyone.

cruise people are annoying. The food is innovative. The drinks are really expensive even by Cayman standards, but it is a great location. The servers are indifferent. At night it is strictly a local crowd. Never go during the day

We stayed at the Marriott, but walked up to the bar one beautiful day. The bar is fun with great music playing. The menu has fun drinks on it and great bar food. It's a very trendy place to hand out and check out the gorgeous people!!!

I was looking for what to do with just one day in Grand Cayman. I wasn't interested in swimming with dolphins or driving around. I wanted to sit on a beautiful beach and enjoy the surf and sun. That is exactly what I found here. I was hesitant to book the excursions that were available through our cruise line and... More

We booked a cabana & 5 adult all-inclusive day passes. Arrived early from Serenade of the Seas. What a great way to spend the day on 7 mile beach. Our main waiter Dip was outstanding! He took great care of us, along with 2 other waiters. Food was fresh, nicely presented & tasty. Only drawback was that our grandchildren couldn't... More

We came for drinks and stayed for dinner The restaurant has an extensive list. My husband doesn't eat fish, and he had many options to choose from. Plus, you can't beat the view!

As residents we have been going to Palms for a number of years with our family and friends who live on the island and our overseas guests. One of our group this evening wanted a simple menu change and it had to be sent back twice and the waitstaff could be seen by another of our group to be mocking... More

Dear Islander J, I have researched the incident and discovered where the problem occurred. Your guest notified the server that they had a dairy allergy. The order for the steak was sent to the kitchen indicating that. The steak arrived at your table and your guest said they did not wish to have dressing on the salad. The food was... More

Chillling out under a palm tree on the beach and having food and drink at hand makes for a perfect day on 7 Mile Beach. The cruise ships deposit quite a few people there, but later in the afternoon when they return to the ships it quiets down. The sand beach is great for entertaining the kids.

We really enjoyed the beach and the cabana at the Royal Palms Beach Club, that was one of the best days ever. Our server Juliette was great and was nice and consider to accommodate us close to the facilities . The beach was so beautiful and gorgeous....
