Palms is a cruiser beach stop by day and a local watering hole by night. With one of the best spots on 7 mile beach, it's a great people watching place. They make my favorite pina colada there, ask for a rum floater on top. The food is pretty good, probably better after a lot of drinks, but I've never... More

I booked this resort on line before taking a cruise that made port for a day in the Grand Caymans. I gave my credit card to reserve a cabana on the beach for 6 people at $100.00 a day. When we arrived we were met by a security guard who said the beach rental is only for 4 so you... More

Dear Julie D, Thank for coming to the Royal Palms. When you booked your private cabana it states very clearly on our web site that the admission / entry fee is waived for 4 guests. We also mention that no more than 6 guests are permitted to use the cabana at one time as we do not wish to disturb... More

Recently I was having a glass of wine with friends on the beach by Royal palms (I live in the apartments beside), anyway this was about 10pm and two security guards came up to us and told us that we couldn't be there because it was private property and if we wanted to stay then we would have to tip... Ok it's located on 7 mile beach, the staff are really friendly and the place is in good state of repair, clean and tidy. There are showers to rinse of sand and sea water. The bar is good and has a great selection of drinks. My gripe is that there is nothing really for kids in the way of snacks,... More

This is a great place to visit if your staying on the East End of the island if you want a day on Seven mile beach. They charge to cruise ships but if your staying on the Island it is free to get in and free sunbeds.

What a fabulous way to spend our day in Grand Cayman! The last time I was in Grand Cayman I went to Sting Ray city and snorkeling so this time we were a little less adventurous. Chilling out on a float in the beautiful clean pool and laying out on 7 Mile Beach on the 90 degree day was perfect.... More

Great location! You have to pay to get in but it's worth it. Beach is absolutely beautiful and they have the Best calamari ever!

We came here while on a cruise ship, and our taxi recommended it for us. We didn't eat there, just had a few beers. We however did take advantage of their BEAUTIFUL beach. We stayed in the water for about 2 hours and it was just perfect. Royal Palms has an adult pool area, beach chairs for rent, as well... More

We had to check out of our hotel at 11am and had time to kill until our 5pm flight. Royal Palms was the answer. We got there before all the cruise ship people and were able to find a nice chair under a palm tree which offered shade all day. The bar offered good drinks, restaurant had pretty good food,... More

We took a taxi from the port and were there in less than 10 minutes. Interesting enough everyone else on the taxi were going to other beaches on Seven Mile Beach. We were the only two to get off the taxi there. Not sure but they missed out. The place was clean. We rented two chairs on the beach for... More
