After spending $$$ for 3 people at this place we felt it wasn't worth it. The bus ride there was horrible. We were dropped off at the street and forced to walk a big parking lot with tons of pot holes. Service was not there even though we paid for all inclusive. Never got beach side service even though pay... More

Dear Mason2X, First let me apologize for the ruddiness of the taxi driver dropping you on the street. There are taxi drivers that prefer to take clients further down the beach so that they can charge them more. Complaints have been made to the taxi association however problems persist. If any of our guests are dropped off on the road... More

Went to the Resort while ship was at port. Everything was AMAZING! $4 per person taxi ride, $2 entry fee, $7 chair rental, $10 umbrella rental. 7 mile beach is absolutely beautiful. The food was very good and reasonably priced. I highly recommend this place!.

I lived in cayman for almost 8 years and this is one of this is one of the things I miss the most...as cool bar on the beach, good music, good food, decent prices (for Cayman) , friendly staff. Fun at day or night, with kids or as a single person...good for everyone.

and a nice bar and decent food. But the bar/beach/swimming pool is the main attraction. We will be back for the beach and the cocktails.

Beautiful spot right on the beach. You can go in your swimsuit and without shoes. Shaded tables. Great music. Lively atmosphere. We expected food to be mediocre at best, since the location suggested it was a tourist trap for the cruise ship folks. To our surprise, the food was terrific. I had a club sandwich. My husband had coconut shrimp.... More

Returned for our annual "fix" at The Royal Palms... Amazingly consistent great service, location and food. Despite all the dining options, Royal Palms, is the place to eat and enjoy. Nice to see one of our favorite, friendly servers...Jose.😎. We will be returning.

Palms is a cruiser beach stop by day and a local watering hole by night. With one of the best spots on 7 mile beach, it's a great people watching place. They make my favorite pina colada there, ask for a rum floater on top. The food is pretty good, probably better after a lot of drinks, but I've never... More

I booked this resort on line before taking a cruise that made port for a day in the Grand Caymans. I gave my credit card to reserve a cabana on the beach for 6 people at $100.00 a day. When we arrived we were met by a security guard who said the beach rental is only for 4 so you... More

Dear Julie D, Thank for coming to the Royal Palms. When you booked your private cabana it states very clearly on our web site that the admission / entry fee is waived for 4 guests. We also mention that no more than 6 guests are permitted to use the cabana at one time as we do not wish to disturb... More

Recently I was having a glass of wine with friends on the beach by Royal palms (I live in the apartments beside), anyway this was about 10pm and two security guards came up to us and told us that we couldn't be there because it was private property and if we wanted to stay then we would have to tip... Ok it's located on 7 mile beach, the staff are really friendly and the place is in good state of repair, clean and tidy. There are showers to rinse of sand and sea water. The bar is good and has a great selection of drinks. My gripe is that there is nothing really for kids in the way of snacks,... More
