We ate at the outside bar twice.

The tab adds up quickly at this place. We each had 2 drinks and appetizers only. Our bill was $ 85. USD each time. It was convenient as it was only 2 doors down from our resort. What I will say is that I'd never stay there. They entertain cruise ships during the week days with beer pails and... read more

Hi AlbertAnsey, Thanks for the review. We do offer a party around the pool on cruise ship days. It is popular with the young folks. For those that wish to chill you can sit at the beach bar or on the beach where it a more casual atmosphere.. You won't have to worry about being concerned about your room as... More

The food here was excellent! My family and ingot a verbosity of food from seafood, chicken, pizza and hamburgers and they were all delicious!

Did a little research before getting on our RCCL cruise and decided the Royal Palms club was worth the gamble over the others. Our group of 4 grabbed a cab at the port and arrived within 15 mins. The $2 per person entry fee does not include anything, I think the two chairs and umbrella came to $30. The bar... More

As I embarked on my first cruise (Royal Carribean) I quickly learned that although it's fun to see familiar faces while at sea, on shore it's better to get away from the cattle herd. The port is quaint with fun bars, but seeing how we wanted to explore and enjoy 7 mile beach we got on a (packed) bus/taxi to... More

As a resident, I have always viewed Royal Palms as a beach bar, not as a fine dining venue. This all changed when me and a few friends decided to try out their new menu. We were greeted by a very friendly hostess who seated us in a Cabana, these cost no extra which I think is great. We all... More

We are actually still in Grand Cayman and I am writing this review. We have visited the royal palms beach bar a couple times already and having nothing but good things to say. The atmosphere, service, and music are great. Benji was the best bartender!!! Can't say enough about how great he has been to us. We recommend taking a... More

Busy beach restaurant. Found hair in food and all waitress could say was that it didn't look like it belonged to anyone in the kitchen - it was buried in the food and she didn't offer to take it off bill or anything.

We didn't know anything about this place. Told our shuttle driver we wanted to go to a beach bar. Holy cow, this place is perfect! You can grab drinks and go into the water and the beach with it, or they have a swim up bar also, playing tunes. Definitely a sweet place to go on the beach to drink... More

Great place to spend the day during a cruise. Easy to get a cab. They all know about Royal Palms. We arrived before 10am and the beach was already getting packed. So we made a last minute decision to rent a cabana. Our cabana was right by the entrance down to the beach, so we saw many people getting upset... More

Took a short cab ride from the pier and paid a $2 admission fee. Then had to pay $8 for a chair and I believe an additional $10 for an umbrella. The beach was not that crowded and the water was gorgeous. The bar was convenient and drink prices were a lot lower than what we were used to. Pretty... More
