Great Gateway Found in Georgetown, Cayman Island!

Great Indian cuisine and ambiance...the Chicken Mahani, Tikka Misala and Naan - garlic were excellent! The Waiter and hostess were friendly and very attentive! Will go back to see them...it is a hidden gem in the plaza with Copper Falls...don't miss it! :)

This restaurant was okay but nothing special. The smell of incense was a bit overwhelming and detracted from the smell and taste of the food. We had the lunch buffet which had a decent selection. Service was ok. Nothing great, but if you're in Cayman and craving Indian this will satisfy you.

Since we were staying across the street from gateway of India in the Beachcomber condos, we decided to order the food and pick it ourselves. Placed a phone order and walked across the road after 30 minutes as instructed. The manager said food was just being packed. The just being packed took another 20 minutes during which we just stood... More

I was a bit concerned about dining here given the small number of reviews and lack of a website (most restaurants in Grand Cayman have websites). However, the food was incredible. I eat a lot of Indian food and this was some of the best I've ever had. The chicken tikka masala in particular was excellent. The drinks weren't as... More

Surprised how yummy the food was. Definitely not the average Indian. We had an array of various options, mainly chicken & beef. Only thing I would say is none were hot & spicy. All mild but exceptionally tasty! Already planning my next order!

Have eaten here for several years but last trip was the ultimate one! New decor is Authentic And lovely Indian. My favorite tandoori chicken was better than ever and my husband's Seafood curry was awesome! The staff is very friendly and efficient. The pappadums were delicious. We go to Cayman twice a year and visit there twice each visit!

We eat here usually once every month, mostly take out but we dined in the last time. The service is always great and this time was no different, the lamb vindaloo and lamb brioni was great. Very fresh and hot. We also have found that the naan bread with meat and cheese is delicious too.

Indian food is the tops. Was brand new to Indian food before 2013 and Gateway has opened the tastebuds to trying more. Customer service is fantastic. Raj, Binky and the rest of the staff are always ready and will to assist with your requests.
