We ate at Cafe Med in 2004 before Hurricane Ivan and were happy to see that they are now back in business! This was our first time back to Grand Cayman since 2004 and the Mixed Grill at Cafe Med was one of the best meals we had this trip. The filet, shrimp, and lobster all had an incredible flavor!... more
