You need to go here. I know this is said commonly in the pages of tripadvisor but, really, this is the place you have to go if you are in the Caymans. First the location is central on the Island. near a lot of things you will end up doing anyway, so drop in. Second the food is classic Caribbean... More

A friend recommended Ortanique, so we tried it during a recent visit. The food was amazing, it was truly a culinary treat! From the appetizers to the Tuna Steak, every bite was a treat. The prices were also a treat, a bit on the expensive side, but worth it.

Staying in Grand Caymans took the ladies to do some shopping & lunch at a favorite place there overlooking Camana Bay. The Ortanique surely hits all the senses from location on the bay, great food choices including lunch specials. The Chef surprises the palate blending flavors together that left everyone enjoying their meals & knowing they surely would return. This... More

As always some deals are too good to be true- 3 course meal for two, plus wine/champagne and 2 movie tickets for CI $80 plus grats. Firstly there was no menu for this 'set menu' offer which we thought odd- the food was read off a list.. starter: soup or fritters Main: shrimp or pork Dessert: ice cream or bread... More

We have enjoyed Ortanique multiple times since it opened and honestly only once did the food disappoint. Encouraged our friends(a group of 15, 50 Anniversary ) to dine 2 weeks ago and they raved about the experience....so I took latest reviews for what it was worth. Had amazing lemon drop martinis, as always(thank you Ram) and ceviche app(Elizabeth suggested we... More

My husband and I enjoyed a beautiful meal here, was a bit sceptical based on some TA reviews but were pleasantly surprised. The Catena CabSav was the perfect compliment to a salad starter and then grilled snapper (delish!!). My other half had the oxtail ravioli with prawns, sounds odd but really not! Dessert was an almond chocolate torte. All up... More

I have eaten here several times. I have never really liked this restaurant and this past time with a group my opinion was reconfirmed. The food is overpriced and is not a gastronomic experience you would expect at these prices. There are many other better choices in Camana Bay.

The most disappointing restaurant experience I had on the Island. My wife order a glass of white wine and it was warm. We told the waitress it wasn't cold and her solution was to bring a glass of ice to water down the wine. I ordered the duck special and it was very very tough. When the waitress asked how... More

Plantain fritters are plenty for a table to share and the steak cooked to order was awesome! Dessert of bread pudding had a warm island flare with vanilla and ginger. Great outdoor seating.
