It's worth a try if you are desperate for Tex-Mex

I go there every few months to see if anything has improved. I'm a local, indigenous Caymanian, in fact. The staff is very culturally oriented, each treats its own... the rest of my observations will remain private. The food is 2 out of 5 (tex- mex) FYI: This is a spin off of Lone Star, which WAS... read more

After reading the reviews we were a little hesitant to try this restaurant out. However, the family craved Mexican food so off we went. The food was very good and the service was pretty much island time. The staff were very friendly and the quesadillas were great. Don't know why so many reviews were negative Had a great time

We come to this place each year we are visiting GC. It's in a strip mall near G'Town. Nothing fancy but always done well. We've never had service problems mentioned by other reviewers. Our kids love it and make us go every year.

I really liked the food...it was fresh and tasty! The wait for the food was long...but I took that as perhaps there was more food prep involved (good thing). The overall service was poor and got worse once a large group came in...we were all but ignored at that point. I would go for the food....and concede on the service.

The place is small and dark and the wait staff is a little slow but we were pleased overall. We shared an appetizer made for one and it was perfect. For under $20 we got queso, quesadillas, nachos, and taquitas. Drinks were a little expensive but like I said, it was nice to have a little bit of Texas in... More

Typical mexican food with margaritas. The atmosphere was good and felt like a mexican restaurant in the US. Service was a bit slow but we were also not in a hurry.

My partner and I enjoyed some very nice Mexican food, and an interesting large choice of margaritas. It was a little pricy but the portions were big. The staff were a little lazy and forgetful though...

We went there after reading a review in a magazine which called this place the best place for margaritas in the Caymans! It turns out the drinks were all made with a pre-mix, very sweet, hardly any tequila and definitively not cocktails feel.
