Description: We are located between Georgetown & Owen Roberts International airport...
We are located between Georgetown & Owen Roberts International airport. Ideal spot to grab a meal when in transit. We are fortunate enough that we remain busy enough to constantly turn over our products. Ask the local fisherman we deal with & they will tell you that Agave goes through a lot of product for such a small place. We source as much local as possible. Many people describe us as "fresh". We strive to exceed expectation. Leave with a full belly & a smile on your face.

I've had take out from here many times, but now that I work across the street I think I may be in trouble. The best burritos I think I've ever had. The staff is always welcoming even if you're just picking something to take out. Presentation is amazing even in the take out container as you can see with my... More

We always love going to Agave! We are filled with such delicious food every time, and love the ideal protein menu. You cannot skip the fresh ceviche - always to die for. Try any of the specialty cocktails, or their great collection of beers, or their homemade sangria. Their taco cart special tacos also are great - try the pork... More

If you are looking for authentic Mexican food, then this is the place for you!! The food here is so homemade you have to see and eat it to believe it, haha. Everything is fresh and mouth watering. I got tacos and they were far from you so call "traditional" Mexican food. The chips and fresh salsa are so amazing... More

Hello Mr. 345-local, Thank you for your kind response. We strive to create a enjoyable experience for everyone. As for the hot sauce, be advised..... We use as much local ingredients as possible, as such our peppers vary on the heat index. It ranges from 2-8 out of 10. Currently I would call it 7.5. Look forward to your next... More

Horrible service and place, we will NOT come back to this cantina nor recomend it in my work place of more than 300 people. The waitress on monday pm did greet me, was rude and did not show me the final bill. She charged us for extra "sauces" and 15% service charge. Ms, the gratuity is something that you earn,... More

Hello Mr. Floridaguy, Firstly, thank you for taking the time to review Agave. It is with great humility that I write to you. To think that we are "Horrible", we were rude & we overcharged you is inexcusable. I have reviewed your experience with staff & would ask that you return & we could fix things so you walk away... This place is your classic diner from the outside it is nothing to write home about, in fact I worked near by for ten years and never went in and What a mistake! The inside is simple but stunning and the food is even better but without the rip off prices of other more glam venues. This is the only... More

WOW...this is a little hole in the wall Mexican restaurant on a busy round about..with no view, not really a nice location, but my oh my is the food amazing! We were there for lunch....fabulous. Fresh ingredients...the fish tacos are to die for and very affordable. This is definitely a place to try while in GC...just don't expect a view... More

Hello Texasgirl, Thanks for your review, and for recognizing us for what we are. A small cantina with good food, drink and service. All for a good value. Yes, we do offer upscale drink(s) and charge accordingly when using premium product. We also use strictly local fish and in some circumstances run out. (Sometimes the fisherman come up short or... Hole-in-the-proverbial-wall-awesome!! Eaten here on every trip to GCM - always fresh and reasonably priced! In a very non-descript industrial looking strip mall with a VERY small dinning room. Can get busy so go early/late or get take-out. It is right on the way out of the airport (although somewhat hidden - past the Tortuga Rum factory and store on the... More

The waitress was very unfriendly, the food dry and plain. We had enchiladas and soft tacos. They were dry and plain, just chicken and shedded cheese. We asked for extras ( tomato, lettuce, we got charged 4 CI extra for it). The total of our bill was 68 CI. We do not recomend this place.

Hi Daniella B, I am disturbed that your experience was so bad. We work hard to provide a good meal at a good value. I wish You had brought this to my attention and perhaps we could have rectified things. I offer you a sincere apology with hopes that the next time you visit we get the opportunity to change...
