Authentic Roti. Massive. Just the right meat to shell ratio. Not a fancy place, but comfortable enough to eat inside, and grab a roti. Got there just before lunch, and by the time I got my food there was a lineup almost out the door. Timing is everything.

One of the best meals I had in Grand Cayman. We ordered the conch roti and the goat paratha roti. The conch roti was very good but the goat was even better. The conch roti is already stuffed with conch. The paratha roti comes with some dough on side to dip in the goat stew and mashed potato. It's very... More

We tried this based on tripadvisor reviews and were not disappointed. We had curry shrimp and curry beef roti. They were tasty, filling and not too spicy. The menu is limited but executed well. Also tried the doubles - sweeter than expected but yummy.

We have been here many times during our visits to GC. The shop is very small - only a few tables. We have always enjoyed the roti - have never been able to find better!

One of the great things in Cayman if you are a foodie is the variety of options. Many are very fancy so it is refreshing to have found this casual place with amazing roti. Ask for their home made hot sauce!!!! I tried the vegetarian roti. Amazing!!!

Looking for Brasserie and came here instead. What a nice surprise as we saw a packed house full of locals during lunch. Daily specials available as we had the oxtail over rice special and the shrimp roti. The food was excellent and very authentic. Roti was a little on the dry/flaky side unfortunately. Definitely would recommend this local hotspot located... More

They have many Roti spots in the Northeast USA. It was def a treat to eat Roti from the islands. We stopped in one day for lunch. Very glad we did. Beef, chicken, goat or shrimp roti available. Good service and clean no frills restaurant. I would def come back here and eat if back in the Caymans.

Who knew I would like spicy roti so much! We were in the Caymans for 2 weeks and we made frequent trips back to Singh's just for a snack!

I had never heard of a Roti before. We were introduced to Singh's Roti Shop on the Cayman Food Tours. Roti is a round bread product from India that is popular in many Caribbean islands. Is is cooked on a stone and then rolled and filled with a variety of different fillings. Great for a quick stop, snack or lunch.
