The Lobster pot

Food was outstanding along with the view. Staff fed the Tarpons which our family and many others enjoyed during our outing . Great service . Highly recommend.

Not very crowded on the evening we went. Lobster was overcooked. Very disappointing. Expensive with a limited menu.

Being on an island, we wanted a place with great fish. We were a little disappointed. Grilled fish was dry with no seasoning. Blackened fish was a little better. Lobster plate was good. Rice was bland. Tuna was good. Server was great. They will take reservations and we sat by the window to see tarpons being fed. Saw scuba divers... More

I dined along with my hubbie and another couple last night. We had jerk spring rolls for app and our friends had the bisque. Both were great. We all had "The pot" for dinner. The pot had a lobster tail, king crab legs that were already cut lengthwise for easy eating, garlic shrimp with baked potato, plantain wedges and mixed... More

Had the pleasure of visiting this spot on the day before we flew home to Toronto, and we wish we had gone earlier so we could have experienced this amazing restaurant more than once. Delicious, diverse menu with authentic Caymanian dishes - their Conch fritters and Lobster poutine is incredible! We followed that with the surf & turf steak and... More

Wanted a really nice place to dine with family while visiting our son who is attending medical school in Cayman. This place fit the bill. The scenery was amazing, the service was impeccable and the food was fabulous. I have traveled all over the world, so I was a little surprised by some of the average reviews on the food,... More

Aside from the Calypso Grill, the Lobster Pot is our other "must visit" fine dining experience, whenever we are on Grand Cayman. While it features several ways to prepare lobster, its fresh fish dishes are our usual choices. They have a fine selection of wines, also. We enjoy dining on the new outside terrace as the sun goes down. They... More

My wife and I came here because it was recommended by two different couples we know. Honestly, we had better food and views at other restaurants on the island. The King Crab appetizer was amazing, but everything else was average. The food looked good, but lacked that WOW factor when it came to taste. There are several other places to... More
