Caymans best kept secret

Part of the farm to table craze and they take it seriously. Each day the menu is printed fresh based on what they caught/picked. We tried a bit of everything and every course was fresh and excellent. Although as another reviewer noted it's a bit hard to find, the trip was totally worth it. The food was tremendous - fresh, perfectly prepared - and the service and ambiance excellent as well. We ate in the screened-in greenhouse and really enjoyed it. One of our top meals on the island - and that's saying quite a bit, as... More

Although describing this as very good, which it is, there were some things that detracted from a completely enjoyable experience at the prices charged. A slightly unusual location with no views save the garden area which sadly was out of bounds on our visit due to a birthday party. The food was interesting, well cooked and presented but some meals... More

We adore this type of concept in a restaurant. Everything local and fresh. The veggies grown in beautiful raised beds that you can dine amongst on the patio, fish caught daily and served in delicious fresh ways, a great wine list and excellent, interested, enthusiastic service The restaurant itself is very beautiful and reminds me of Bermuda.. We would like... More

My daughter and I enjoyed a very special GF dinner. We had called ahead and asked about availability of gluten free and got an enthusiastic yes. When we arrived at our reserved time, the hostess informed us that the chef was aware of our GF requirement and would prepare our food accordingly. The restaurant offers a 5 course tasting meal... I live in Grand Cayman. This wonderful restaurant has never let me down. They are true professionals and impart a sense of enthusiasm about what they do. A favorite with the professionals who work in Cricket Square.

My first course was a garden tomato salad with basic and home made cheese. I know, it might sound like a simple dish, but I... More
