Fresh, personal, farm to table. An amazing experience!

We went on a Friday night. I had seen the comment about a vegan tasting menu option and booked via TripAdvisor/Open table asking for either vegetarian or vegan tasting menu. It was our second time dining here in two years ad we enjoyed both experiences very much. This time there were four of us and we came on a Thursday night for Tacos. The restaurant is very comfortable and attractive Caribbean plantation style setting. The servers are excellent. They spend time describing the menu and helping you identify what you... More

We went to Brasserie on a Wed. night in February. The restaurant is in a bit of an odd location in the midst of a few office building but definitely worth venturing to and really only a few streets of the main drag so to speak in Georgetown. The restaurant feels decidedly European which considering the name is The Brasserie,... More

Lovely restaurant with delicious locally grown fare! Service was excellent. FYI there is a parking lot for patrons.

My husband and are vegan, and were thrilled to learn by word of mouth that The Brasserie will put together a five course vegan tasting menu if you give them advance notice. The dishes were innovative, packed with farm fresh flavors, and paired perfectly with a wine flight. We've added it to our list of favorite restaurants on Grand Cayman!

A pleasant, tasty choice near George Town. Great wines, mains and deserts. Friendly wait staff and east to get to. We went there last week with our family and the grandparents and the ambiance was nice, fast and tasty service -- with some of the best desserts my kids have had in Cayman.

We had an excellent dinner with my family here last week and truly enjoyed it. The highlight for my kids was the milk(shake) and cookie which they haven't stopped raving about. Everything was wonderful and the staff was super.

Very good food, excellent service. Pricey as all is in the area, but the menu is a little lacking for us. We liked it and glad we got to go there but prefer a more down-to-earth dinner from say, Edoardo's. Just our taste-tho it really was nice. Just kinda cold...

Located in a business park in uptown Georgetown it appears to be a good choice for a business lunch or dinner. Luncheon menu is not extensive and changes daily. Most selections are very tasty although on the high side with respect to price to fit the business mans expense account. Service was business like. Best ambiance is in the outdoor... More
