They have their own garden on site and their own boat. I have eaten there many times; both inside and outside but I prefer outside in the back by the garden. I would recommend everything as I have yet to be even slightly disappointed. If you give them notice they can prepare a complete vegan meal And try their unique... More

wonderful restaurant in georgetown. started with two salads which were enough for four. The romaine was a wonderful Caesar with anchovies and had the local salad with wonderful additions. we had the catch of the day yellow tail tuna and the trigger fish. also had the seafood pasta. everything was fresh and wonderful. everyone loved their meals and could taste... Friends recommended this place. It was very good. Nice menu, wonderful and creative use of ingredients. Good wine list. Great desserts. Really great desserts. Backgammon and chess boards set up at the bar. The one downside was the air conditioning, a bit fierce.

Beautiful, comfortable, small restaurant hidden away in downtown George Town. Mostly locals and business travelers. Everything is excruciatingly fresh. The fish "tea" which is actually a soup made with local fish, greens, and squash (they call it pumpkin) is to die for. We had the seafood pasta over handmade fettucini noodles (which were light, tender, thin, and had just the... More

Ate here on business, colleagues recommended The Brasserie and so glad they did. Food was excellent, fantastically presented, very tasty. Service was prompt and friendly. When I come back to Grand Cayman, I'm definitely going to be eating here!

The brasserie has amazing chefs that create a wide variety of food. The food is decadent but also has many healthy options like fresh juice! I love both the restaurant and the quick stop-in lunch cafe.

We made reservations for dinner and were seated in a quiet corner. The ambiance was perfect. The service was outstanding, the wait staff were friendly & outgoing and the food was delicious! My wife had their seafood pasta dish and raved about it - the pasta is all homemade onsite. They grow most of their own vegetables and herbs, as... More

This place rivals big city spots. It is tucked inside a corporate plaza but has a great outside seating area next to their garden. It is a screened in area with nice plantings so has a nice feel. The menu has a nice selection and is heavy on local fish. Everything was very fresh and prepared to perfection. The wine... More

We visited this restaurant for a special meal based on the numerous good reviews. All the reviews are spot on. The food is great - one of the best seafood restaurants we have eaten at. The service and the ambiance go along with the food to make it a special dining experience. This is one of the fine dining restaurants... More
