Wow what a fantastic lunch. This is by far the best meal we ate on the island. worth every penny. It's a little hard to find since it's in the middle of George Town but so worth it. The fresh fish that they catch from their own fishing boats was awesome. The cocktails were amazing as well. They have their... More

The restaurant is beautiful and the wait staff outstanding. There were three daily fish catches and we had each one and shared. The wahoo and yellow fin tuna were lightly grilled and were perfect. The red snapper was pan fried with a crispy skin - very yummy. Everything is "farm to table" or "sea to table." Beet salad was basic,... More

This is our favorite restaurant in Cayman. We discovered it on our trip last year and knew we had to go again this year. We started with our fave the Brie and truffle grilled cheese. It was tasty as expected. My husband and I both got the Cobb salad. I added snapper and he adde chicken. It is really amazing... More

Great food and excellent dining experience. A bit off the beaten path but don't be scared. Try the brie grilled cheese and the coconut milk mojito (only if you like coconut of course).

Great find in the heart of Georgetown. The bar is a great place to relax with friends or to have dinner. The taco's on Thursday evening are great. A must while in Cayman.

Great ambiance, servers, and food. Started with an exceptional and unique pumpkin salad. The pasta carbonara rivaled those we've tried in Italy. Milk and cookies for dessert was also delicious.

We always make sue to visit the Brasserie & this week did not disappoint. Thursday Taco Nite is great and the hand crafted Margaritas were the perfect accompaniment! I would never miss an opportunity to dine at this special establishment

This place is a gem. The food is very fresh and the service great. The fresh catch is really where you want to go as they use their own boats to fish. They also garden and most of the vegetables are from their garden. The meats were great too but the fish was really the star of the show. The... More

The Brasserie was a great find. The food and decor were exceptional. Our time there was amazing and we had such a blast. We couldn't of found better. From the appetizers to dessert everything was first class. Love the garden and chef Dean's personal touch. A Must when in the Caymans.
