Modern and Comfortable with Great Food

First of all, our family of four arrived on Friday at 6:30. The place was rocking - raucous and fun-loving. They had some sort of Friday Happy Hour event and the front of the house was packed - the bar and a room off the bar full of wine tasters. It was an energetic event. The facility is a... read more

Farm to Market Restaurant with two full time gardeners and garden on site. Seafood is caught and served daily and this was apparent as the grouper was some of the best I have ever had. Kids had steaks and pizza which were excellent. Had the Yellowfin ceviche as a starter. Went with large group of nine- something for everyone but... More

Recommended by Keith Sahm at Sunset House. Wonderful garden to table and ocean to table dining! Delicious green salad with green apples and coconut flakes - a great combination of flavors. Snapper ceviche was so wonderfully fresh and tasty. Enjoyed selecting the charcouterie plate items and the pate...so smooth and luscious and yummy. The fish doesn't get any fresher since... More

Great food- fluffy quiche, fresh flavorful salad. Desserts excellent. Wish we could see the water, but will definitely return.

We dined at The Brasserie last night and it exceeded our expectations in every way. Fantastic ambience, superior service and exceptional food. Everything was prepared with the freshest ingredients and plated beautifully. Our waiter was so attentive and went above and beyond to make sure we were pleased. The Brie grilled cheese appetizer was divine. The kids menu did not... More

Meals and service are always good at The Brasserie. They were "organic" years before the word became popular. It is always a pleasure to go there. A must for locals and tourists.

Beginning in 2007, my family has made annual trips to Grand Cayman. My daughters have multilaterally rejected Disney World visits--something their parents greatly appreciate--in favor of returning to their home away from home. On our most recent excursion, the wife and I were able to escape for a couple of hours to The Brasserie; a place which had escaped our... More

We often go here for lunch, but when we really want to treat ourselves, we go for the tasting menu. Now, in the interest of full disclosure, we haven't been back since Chef Joe Mizzone departed, so this rating will be based upon the magic that Chef Joe did in that kitchen. Put your adventure caps on and get ready... More

Choose from a wide variety of ingredients to make your salad and filling for your sandwiches. Some of the veggies are organic and grown on site in their garden. Top off your salad or sandwich with a smoothie. Yum

We love the Brasserie and go anytime we can when in Grand Cayman. It is definitely not a touristy place and caters more to locals and the area professionals for lunch, but it is worth seeking it out. Located in a professional complex, you would not expect to find a farm to table type restaurant, but there it is. The... More
