We always make sue to visit the Brasserie & this week did not disappoint. Thursday Taco Nite is great and the hand crafted Margaritas were the perfect accompaniment! I would never miss an opportunity to dine at this special establishment

This place is a gem. The food is very fresh and the service great. The fresh catch is really where you want to go as they use their own boats to fish. They also garden and most of the vegetables are from their garden. The meats were great too but the fish was really the star of the show. The... More

The Brasserie was a great find. The food and decor were exceptional. Our time there was amazing and we had such a blast. We couldn't of found better. From the appetizers to dessert everything was first class. Love the garden and chef Dean's personal touch. A Must when in the Caymans.

Away from the water and in an office complex you walk in to a world of elegance. Brasserie is on the upper price scale but still was a value when you consider the efficient and professional staff. Menu was nicely presented and the wine list extensive. The staff was very good at explaining concepts and specials. They were great at... More

Quiet as it was a midweek dinner. Appearance & service excellent. Got the menu & thought this stuff would be overpriced. But waiters worked with us on mixing menu items, and when the food arrived, there was far more than we expected, making it better value for money. Overall very good, but they could bring prices down and make the... More

You can always count with an amazing meal here. The menu is fantastic and they always have specials. They embrace the farm to table concept, have great small brewery beers, great wine collection, and amazing cocktails. Highly recommend the fish tea, one of my favorites!

Much of their food is grown on premises and the fish is fresh from our local waters. The food is well prepared and the atmosphere is truly enjoyable. Always a pleasant experience!

My husband and I dined at The Brasserie on October 29. Everything was prepared simply yet artfully. They serve fresh fish from their own boats, and fresh vegetables from their kitchen garden. My husband had a KC cut steak that was seasoned and cooked medium rare, very good. The wine pairings with my meal were all interesting and challenged my... More

My husband and I ate dinner here this evening- hands down, the best dinner in Georgetown that we've had. Everything was so fresh and you can tell home grown in the restaurants own garden next door. The fish was prepared the best since being on the island. The location can be difficult to find- look out for Cricket Square. If... More

My wife and I both agreed it was in the top five (5) we've ever had, anywhare in the world. Rarely do you have the opportunity to have so many fresh, natural menu selections cooked to perfection and the flavors were perfectly matched. If you're a true foodie, you'll be so pleased you took the time to dine with these... More
