Healthy and organic

Choose from a wide variety of ingredients to make your salad and filling for your sandwiches. Some of the veggies are organic and grown on site in their garden. Top off your salad or sandwich with a smoothie. Yum

We love the Brasserie and go anytime we can when in Grand Cayman. It is definitely not a touristy place and caters more to locals and the area professionals for lunch, but it is worth seeking it out. Located in a professional complex, you would not expect to find a farm to table type restaurant, but there it is. The... More

Their food is always fresh and expertly prepared. I go there for lunch a few times a month. I would definitely recommend this place for a casual meal or a formal dinner.

As noted by others, make sure you know where you are going. It is tucked in what looks like a corporate park with some one way streets around it. Very fresh. The beet salad was delicious as was the grilled cheese... you definitely have to try it. This is not your mother's grilled cheese. We split it and almost ordered... More

Our last family dinner before we had to head for home. We could not have made a better choice! All their food is grown there at the restaurant garden or at one tops their other farms or caught on their own fishing boats. Needles to say everything is fresh. The chef uses unique combinations to create delicious presentations that will... More

We ate here twice on our trip to Grand Cayman. Menu is diverse, but emphasizes seafood. All of the food was just outstanding, and will satisfy any foodie's appetite for a well-prepared gourmet meal. Ambiance is very cool too. It's worth getting a guided tour of their covered, organic garden, which also extends into the parking lot! Keep in mind... More

OK so I got kidnapped and taken for burger night, we sat at the bar, which I recommend and waddled through the interesting beer collection, they did well. So Wed night is burger night DO IT, cooked to perfection (medium rare) with your choice of topping I recommend the side of hot pepper sauce, makes you sweat. Bartender was sweet... More

We have been dining at Brasserie for several years almost every week, as we love food, which is prepared to perfection, using fresh local ingredients grown organically in Brasserie's garden and fresh local fish. Desserts are to die for. We want to point out professional service skills of Ms. Klaudia, who has been taking care of us many times and... More

The Brasserie comes highly recommended by the owners of the Turtles Nest Inn, where my wife and I are staying, and it's easy to see why. The food was wonderful: imaginative without being overbearing about it. We went on a Monday evening and took advantage of their "couples" special, which is CI 89, and includes 3 courses (starter, main, dessert)... More

Everything we ate here was absolutely delicious, all the apps mussels, grilled cheese and ceviche were great. The Tortilla soup was outstanding. The seared Red Snapper was truly one of the best seafood dishes I have ever eaten. staying on seven mile we had to take a taxi into Georgetown and it was well worth it. They have a kids... More
