Nice visit to Rackam's as per a local's recommendation. Service was a bit slow during the afternoon hours. Had the Rackam's fish sandwich (snapper) which was quite tasty. The waitress mentioned that grouper was not available as a substitute as it was on the endangered species list in the waters off the Caymans. Don't know if this is true as... More

When we asked Chip from Stingray Sailing where to get lunch, he recommended Rackam's. He very nicely dropped us off there, so we could try their famous fish and chips. They were fantastic and one order was plenty for us to share. We also had the drink of the day, which was Cayman Lemonade. The drink is made with vodka,... More

Nice stop after a sea ride to pet the Stingrays. The food is awsome. Don't hesitate to try the restaurant. Sit outside and feed the fish with some bread.

The setting is fantastic. You are right on the water. There are huge tarpon who congregate below the balcony and even a staircase for restaurant goers to walk down and swim or snorkle with the tarpon, which we did and highly recommend. The waitress was very friendly. The food was surprisingly good. We had the chicken summer salad and coconut... More

There aren't a lot of places right on the water, but this is one of the best! Lots of locals, great happy hour and the chicken wings are like turkey drumsticks! Near a few of the dive operators so nice "deco" stop after diving! Very tropical feel and half the beers they pulled out of the cooler were actually frozen-nice... More

This is quite a laid back eatery. The staff are friendly and attentive making menu suggestions. Food was served promptly and was really flavoursome. We had crab cakes and spring rolls as a snack with a beer. We were not made at all unwelcome by the fact that we did not want anything more substantial. We will go back. It... More

The service was good as was the food. The tarpon that are waiting to be fed every night at 7:30pm are interesting as well. You can get in the water at one end of the restaurant and swim with the tarpon to the ladder on the far end of the patio. They are 5' fish but have no teeth ...... More

This is a popular tourist bar/restaurant in downtown Georgetown. As you stand facing the tourists leaving the cruise ship tenders, Rackam’s is the large yellow building with blue trim on the right, along the water. It is a great place to escape the heat or the rain. Rackam’s is completely open-air and over the water. The bar is located at... More
