Popped in for a lunch and was impressed by décor, staff and food. Everything on the menu looked great. My Bon Miah sandwich was delicious. It's a bakery and café, and you can eat in or take away.

Somehow I missed this place on TA while planning our vacation in Grand Cayman. We accidentally found it while cruising West Bay Rd (Seven Mile Beach). Not far from our hotel. We broke our rule about eating at a place more than once! While they are open for all three meals, we went for breakfast the first time and then... More

We had gone to 7 mile beach to check it out (we were staying out on Rum Point Road) and saw the sign for Icoa and went in to grab a quick breakfast. It was outstanding. They are now serving dinner as well and if it hadn't been our last day we would have checked it out as the menu... More

Ticked away with a very bland exterior I nearly missed Icoa. Desperate for a coffee I poked my head inside to find a lovely restaurant, deli bar, cafe & upmarket kitchen goods shop. The coffee was excellent , the service friendly, the decor relaxing. After seeing & smelling plates of beautifully arranged French toast, omelettes, pastries & teapots pass me... More

My daughter and I used the bikes from our hotel and went here for breakfast. It was such a quaint little place! The food and coffee were good. It's in the 7 Mile Shops and it has a little gift shop inside.

On any given day, Icoa is one of my favourite places for breakfast and lunch and now it is for dinner too. On 23Dec14 I went in for a latte and a muffin and upon seeing the NYE menu I instantly knew my dinner plans were made. Needless to say we thoroughly enjoyed it and was delighted by the bonus... My family decided to give Icoa a try for an early New Year's Eve dinner. Dinner is new: they are well known for excellent breakfast and lunches. In short, we could not have been happier with this restaurant; fresh ingredients, tasteful presentation and attentive service elevate Icoa as our best dinner experience during our vacation in Grand Cayman! We will... More

Read in Trip Advisor that baked goods were awesome. Had to see for myself! Clean, friendly, sophisticated place. Walked down from our condo for a few breakfast items. Selection was very good. We had a hard time choosing. We finally selected chocolate croissants, almond croissants, plain croissants, as well as a couple of extra treats. They were all awesome! Delicious... More
