I use TA to plan far away vacations; our trip to Grand Cayman was no exception. The Lighthouse was on our list of places to eat. And it did not disappoint! See pics. It was a bit overcast the day we had lunch, but that turned out to be a good thing! We HAD to be sure we got there... More

Oh! I really like the lighthouse. We have stopped here numerous times on our trip driving around the island I would suggest stopping at noon or afternoon having a salad and dessert seated out on the deck over the water ! That's our favorite thing to do when we see the lighthouse we usually pull in and grab an appetizer... More

Dining on the dock that has finally been rebuilt after the hurricane is perhaps the best location in Grand Cayman and the service is always superb. Food was almost perfect. My partners tomato based conch chowder was one of the best we have had and shrimp curry was very tasty while not too spicy. My calamari appetizer was done to... More

We went for pizza, salad, and couple glasses wine and it cost over a $100. More up scale dinning, but the food was not that great. We sat outside great view, noted that it was hot inside - so not sure they had air condition. Value not good enough for us to go back. Service was good.

Sure, the view is amazing from their open air dock - beautiful blue water as far as the eye can see. But think twice about dining here, if you're put out about spending $50 US for two small bowls of soup and three local beers. The soup was quite tasty but hardly worth the amount we paid. And our waiter... More

This restaurant has great food, great ambiance and wonderful personnel. Everyone from "The Captain and his wife" to the servers take excellent care of you. Request a table out on the dock. If it is windy ask your server for a shawl. For the ladies, they sell beautiful island jewelry..

Our flight arrived on Christmas day and there is very little to no choice of restaurants opened on Christmas so once again this year we ate at The Lighthouse. Last year I did not give this restaurant a good review...this year it was a little better. The staff seemed more welcoming the service was good, and the food although still... More

This restaurant came highly recommended from a friend of the family that visits KY often. The food was great, I went with their fish special, and the portions were large enough to share. It was fresh and really well seasoned. Having really been on a seafood kick, in retrospect I wish I'd changed up my dinner routine and tried the... More

Beautiful views from the table while listening to the waves come ashore. We went for lunch and we were not impressed at all. We had the Roast Beef Sandwich and the Seafood Pizza. The roast beef sandwich lacked flavor and the two meat slices were full of fat. I spent a lot of time picking out the gelatin like fat... More

We ate dinner at the Lighthouse last night and it was just wonderful. The building is a bit funky, built in the 60s to sort of suggest the idea of a lighthouse set at the 'breakers', a continuously rolling and breaking wave spot. But hey, it's the Caymans. The staff was dressed in blue slacks and white shirts with epaulettes... More
