Simply amazing. We have the 7 course dinner. It was one of those dinner you will remember for the rest of your life. Food was incredible, staff was super attentive and nice. Special thanks to our waiter Joel and his partner. Not a chip please for sure but very special.

In July 2011, we did dinner for our anniversary. The meal was awesome and they did some special things for our anniversary. It was however the most expensive meal we have ever had.

Four of us had a wonderful dinner at Blue! Every course was prepared to perfection and the service was impeccable! They brought around a tray of delicious hot bread several times before and during our meal. Great evening and a great meal!

My husband and I ate here for my birthday. We chose Eric Ripert's tasting menu with wine pairing. It's hard to explain how much I enjoyed this. Although I wish they'd put the restaurant where it had a view of the water, it is still beautiful. The colors and design definitely convey the feeling of the Caribbean. Our waiter and... More

We enyoj the excelle tasting menu with greatly service. The scallops in smoked buttersauce is absolutely the best cours - with a lot of distance to all what we ever eat in restaurants from this superlative. Best recommendation and thanks to the whole team for the wonderfull dinner :-)

You will not be disappointed with the tasting menu. We were in a private room with a large group and they treated us like kings. The wine list here was exceptional.

30th anniversary dinner...one in our party a celiac. They had no trouble substituting. We had the tasting menu, food flowed into next course seamlessly and the wine pairings were spot on. The staff go to great lengths to make sure you are comfortable. We had a blast with our group of servers. They even had delicious homemade gluten free rolls,... More

The service at Blue is impeccable. Food presentation is exquisite and flavorful. Worth the cost but if you are looking for more of a local "foodie" vibe this is not the place for you.

An ok evening but expect to pay $200-300 per person with a middling wine selection for that price. Must say disappointed that we had no acknowledgment or suggestion of a credit or alternative entree when our premium priced sea bass was served very salty despite pointing out to the waiter. Small things, no side plate , table in the middle... More
