Had a few dishes and drinks at the bar instead of prix fixe. Bartender was excellent and so friendly. Food and drinks delicious.

For the last 2 years my wife and i have visited Blue for our Bday dinners each year. Living in cayman for nearly 17 years it is nice to spoil ourselves with what I call the ultimate fine dining restaurant in cayman. The staff are very sincere and accommodating to all needs and the food is outstanding. I recommend the... More

Really very good, but the whole experience was wasted on us. Lots of hype, very small tasting portions, long dining experience, excellent service, very expensive.

Would highly recommend reserving dinner, it is not open for lunch, in advance of staying at the resort. The quality and presentation of the food is just divine, the tables are well spaced so you have ample space to enjoy your company while at the same time there is a nice, island relaxed atmosphere. Will not be disappointed.

Wow, oh wow...what an amazing dining experience. We were fortunate to get a resi for the last night before Blue closed for the season. At first we contemplated keeping it since it was going to be a pricey dinner, but it was certainly money well spent and enjoyed. The service was absolutely top notch with Rico leading the team. Just... More

My wife and I went for our honeymoon dinner, the service and food was some of the best I've ever had. The prices weren't cheat but well worth it. I usually don't like to fill up on bread, but found myself asking for more bread to soak up all the delicious sauces!

Fans of Eric Ripert's Le Bernardin in NYC will not be disappointed by this gem. Phenomenal service, the freshest ingredients imaginable, and preparations to write home about. The wine list deserves special mention as well.

Great meal and service. Very expensive. Well worth the price. We ordered off the menu and were well pleased. Food was delicious. Service was what you would expect at such restaurant.

This is one of those dinners where you might question whether it's worth the money, but that's before you try the food and experience the service. For a girlfriend and I who recently ate there, this was one of our vacation splurges that we weren't sure we should even do. It worked out to be roughly $350 per person, which... More
