I live in NYC and have eaten at many of the finest restaurants in the world. This is at or near the top of that list. The tuna with foie gras and octopus are f'in unbelievable starters. The tenderloin will blow your mind. Service is stellar. Why are you reading this? Go!

We recently dinned at Blue twice for birthday dinners in the family on our recent trip to Grand Cayman. Both times the food was excellent. We have a fairly long list of food allergies and the chefs did an outstanding job adapting the meal to suit our needs. The wait staff was outstanding and the sommelier Michael was so well... More

The food here is exquisite and made us want to taste more options then we ordered. The service and ambience is very elegant but still approachable. The wine list is really nice and matched the food nicely. This place is very expensive but with its tasting options it seemed to be manageable. Moreover, once the food and wine arrives all... More

We have collected many michelin starred meals over the years, around the world. We have been fed by some of the worlds top chefs, from celebrities such as Gordon Ramsey, Heston Blumenthal, Jiro, Mario Batali, and Jamie Oliver to less TVesque chefs such as Daniel Boulud, Pierre Gagnaire, Michael Mina, Michel Roux, Nobu Matsuhisa and Joel Robuchon to name a... We are fortunate to call the Cayman Islands Home so we are spoiled for choice in dining options but we have a Christmas Tradition of having our Christmas night dinner with just hubby and me at Blue at The Ritz Carlton as a gift to ourselves and it is worth it. Yes it is expensive but the service is impeccable,... More

From start to finish the meal was incredible. Our server, Jeremy, was knowledgable, professional and personable at the same time. We got the four course meal that was served on Bernardo china. The fois gras and tuna tartare appetizers is a must, as was the monk fish and scallops. My husband had a hard time choosing between the pear and... More

We had the opportunity to have dinner at Blue. The entire experience from beginning to end was fabulous. Our servers Rony and Fred were informative, professional yet as friendly and personable as could be. We had the four course a la carte option and every course was delectable. We don't often dine at this price point but it was clearly... More

Blue is the Ritz Carlton's signature restaurant; and while the resort may have some inadequacies, none were present at Blue. I've eaten at Ripert's Le Bernardin in Manhattan, and while it is an excellent establishment, it's a pale second to Blue. The indoor decor is exquisite with chic, understated elegance. Each table had two servers who, while always nearby, never... More

Absolutely everything, from the atmosphere, to the food, to the waitstaff were 100% spot on during our three hour dinner. The food was honestly some of the best I have ever had, and the experience was only heightened by our excellent waiter and the rest of the staff. A truly delicious and magical dining experience from beginning to end. Good... More
