The restaurant gives off a stuffy old money musky feel so at first i was feeling i made a mistake coming here. The food is served as courses and we opt for the 4 course meals. One seafood and One Land. Everything was exceptional from the food to the service. We had 2 waiters and a sommelier waiting on us.... More

We chose the Eric Ripert tasting menu and were not disappointed. Fred, our server, was very attentive and explained each course in detail. My wife and I love fish, but the fish and preparation here, blew our mind. Great service and great food, we will be back to Blue.

This is the worst of Cayman. Over priced, ego driven boring food. It is too expensive, the service is sloppy and a waste of money. Dont go.

Had dinner last night with a party of 12. Exceptional food and service from start to finish. Loved the tuna with foie gras appetiser. Enjoyed it tremendously!

Was staying at Ritz-Carlton last week with my wife. Decided to try Blue one evening for dinner. We prefer to sit at the bar and were happy they offered a full menu that evening. Fred and Larissa did an excellent job of serving and making us feel welcome and helped explain the best items on the menu. The food was... More

The food was amazing! From start to finish. We had the 4 course fixed price menu. All 3 of us loved everything we ate. The service was wonderful! It was truly a wonderful dining experience. Not to be missed!

I made reservations online from the USA. On arrival we were greeted and sat immediately. They did a nice job of including certain things to wish us a happy 25th wedding anniversary! They also did a great job of accommadating my wife who only eats cooked fish as much of there menu is raw or seared. We chose the a... More

We had the 7-course tasting menu, which consisted of a variety of creative fish courses and wine pairings. There were two amuse-bouches to start, and other surprise dishes near the end. What an amazing, memorable night. Fantastic server as well! He was from Vancouver. Excellent quality & service for the price.
