Excellent meal, outstanding service and presentation

The food was amazing! From start to finish. We had the 4 course fixed price menu. All 3 of us loved everything we ate. The service was wonderful! It was truly a wonderful dining experience. Not to be missed!

I made reservations online from the USA. On arrival we were greeted and sat immediately. They did a nice job of including certain things to wish us a happy 25th wedding anniversary! They also did a great job of accommadating my wife who only eats cooked fish as much of there menu is raw or seared. We chose the a... More

We had the 7-course tasting menu, which consisted of a variety of creative fish courses and wine pairings. There were two amuse-bouches to start, and other surprise dishes near the end. What an amazing, memorable night. Fantastic server as well! He was from Vancouver. Excellent quality & service for the price.

We have been to the wonderful Le Bernadin restaurant in New York City and the food at Blue basically matches it (some of the dishes are similar). The service, though still very good, is perhaps a little less refined.

The food was excellent. I ate alone at the bar after my companion became ill earlier in the evening. I asked to have a tasting menu that was larger then what was typical offered and was met with some confusion by the staff. They seemed perplexed that I wanted to taste as much food as possible in a 5 star... More

We had a wonderful dinner at Blue. The wait staff was very attentive and the food was amazing. We even received a hand written note from our wait staff the next day thanking us for dining with them. Very nice personal touch.

I've eaten at multiple Michelin star restaurants, but so far, Blue has definitely been my favorite. We were dining for my friend's birthday. Needless to say our expectations for the service, food, drinks and over all experience were exceeded. I was pleased to find my love of seafood taking a new height after this dinner. We did the Eric Ripert... More

Service was as expected for the type of restaurant - attentive, professional, knowledgable without being overbearing. A couple of hiccups during service were tolerable (we won't specify since we don't want to get anyone in trouble). Too bad the food didn't back up the level of service. Don't get me wrong, everything was fresh, very good, presented with panache and... More

Blue, was an amazing but very expensive meal. The waiters were very attentive but yet not intrusive. Ronnie and Spencer gave us great service and were kind and friendly as well as very professional in all ways. We left feeling as if Ronnie was family. Now for the food. You must do the tasting menu. The Eric Rupert was a... More

We went there with our three children (teens and tween) for my 50th birthday. It was a disappointment. We told our kids how great it was going to be, how great the service would be and it fell flat!!!! We arrived and at least the host said happy birthday to me and promptly sat us at our table. Someone did... More
