Best Seafood Anywhere!

I tend to avoid superlatives - we've been to too many places over the last 25 years, tracking Michelin-starred restaurants everywhere around the globe. But to put it simply, Blue by Eric Ripert at the Ritz in Grand Cayman was dizzyingly (is that a word?) good. The location is fantastic, inside... read more

Well, if you're in Grand Cayman, that's wonderful!! This is a high end restaurant in the Ritz Carlton. The design of this posh eatery is not your typical dining establishment, but the food is absolutely delicious. The wait staff is very courteous and attentive (thank you, Juan and Frank), and the sommelier is extremely well-versed and very expert at his... More

Although I enjoyed experiencing food I may not otherwise eat, price was way too high for the food. The plus side is the staff was top notch, and did an incredible job making my family feel special.

The service, food, and presentation were excellent. The only issue I have is they require you to pay for at least 3 courses if you don't do tasting menu. Then, there was an up charge in most dishes. The Dover sole was very good. It would have been nice to have a strict a la carte price. I would highly... More

What can you say about Blue that hasn't been reviewed? Service - perfect, Food - spectacular, Ambiance - romantic. We had the tasting menu with than foie gras; Salmom sashimi, tomatoes, lemon confit, pesto broth; Octopus a la plancha, spinich garlic, charred lemon vinaigrette; Poached halibut, salsify, corn chowder; Chocolate praline cake, peanuts, mango sorbet. I'm sure I missed a... More

My husband and I dined at Blue on our recent trip to Grand Cayman. It was an amazing experience from start to finish. Jeremy and Ronald were our servers for the evening and they played a huge part in our enjoyment of our meal--thank you both!! Blue offers two different tasting menus and also a la carte options and we... More

We had the pleasure of celebrating our twelve anniversary with the Eric Ripert tasting menu paired with the Hand Picked Rare Wine pairing. Everything was amazing from Krug paired with tuna fois gras to the praline cake paired with a 1908 Boal Madera. Michael, our sommelier, provided us with an amazing tasting experience and education. The server team took care... More

This is the finest in the entire Caribbean. Had dinner there night before last. It will never disappoint you. Was every bit as good as last year. They pay attention to every detail. Nothing is overlooked. You will have to look far and wide to beat Blue. As in the entire world. The four of us all had something different... More
