Really a Special

Love this place would return time and time again $$ permitting. Lovely atmosphere one or two of the perhaps a little pompous and tip seeking type of service which always annoys me.

Ate there for dinner, nice view sitting outside and the tarpon swimming right off the deck was neat. The service was very slow, they seemed to be under staffed. The food was very good but for the price, the portions were very small. We were also charged $2.25 for every refill the waiter gave us on our tea. He never... More

Our family rated this restaurant as excellent. We had a great table at the railing overlooking the water. Our service was attentive and friendly. Our meal was quite good. We recommend the scallops and the shared seafood medley. The wine list is broader than expected. It is a bit pricey but comparable to other similar restaurants on the island. We... More

Came here for dinner and for the tarpon feeding, with a hungry party of 6. The tarpon feeding is certainly interesting. The food was average, but what stood out was the poor service. It took an hour to get our dishes after ordering. Our waiter seemed indifferent, didn't seem to want to be bothered when I asked what was happening, didn't... More

This is one of our favorite restaurants. Call for reservation and ask for a waterfront table. Menu has nice variety of fresh seafood and meats. Good wine selection as well. Last week we had a fennel, beet and orange salad that was delicious, I had fish for dinner and my husband had a ribeye. Service is always excellent. At night... More

Traveled with our teenage girls last week to CI and had the pleasure of having dinner at The Wharf our last night on he island. Our table was reserved right by the water. Excellent spot to see the sunset by the way, and between 7:30 pm and 9:00 pm, the tarpon feeding. Large schools of tarpon hang around waiting to... More

To see the sunset, to feed the tarpons, to enjoy fine dining this is the place for you. To find a spot ANY where that can accommodate the adults who want a lovely evening AND the kids who want to feed the tarpons and enjoy something unique and fun while on the island The Wharf provides both experiences. The kids... More

We went for a wedding and the food was excellent. The staff were on top of it. Feeding the tarpon was a lot of fun and the place in general is great for photos.

The food here is truly excellent. We had the lobster tails - there were 3 of them! We were celbrating our 16th wedding anniversary and they gave us a special table (#201) that was set closer to the water and beach. With the beautiful moonlight shining down, it was very romantic. They have large tarpin that live under the pier... More

My husband and I chose this place to have our wedding in March, and we could not be happier with the venue! The reason we chose this place was for their food and the view (watching the sunset on their patio/private strip of beach is amazing). The manager, Reno, was very helpful and accommodating. We were able to stay in... More
