Best Lobster Dinner By Far!

We ate lobster almost every meal and this included 3 lobster dinners. This by far was sweetest and most succulent on the island ! Not to be missed!!!

Twelve of us had lobster dinners which of course were fresh and delicious. The service was super slow though...taking island time to a whole new level. Then at the end they quoted us a different price which was frustrating. There are so many great places for lobster....i wouldnt go back to this one.

What a great little beach bar/restaurant. You get to watch them catch the lobsters and grill them on the open fire. They are huge and cooked to perfection. We are charter crew and take our guests to Potters by the Sea all the time. We have never been disappointed and in fact, it just gets better and better. Picture the... More

Second time coming here in a year. Incredible location, beautiful setting, lobster fantastic, music great and after much Rum the limbo was great too. They can also arrange taxis or transport to take you to Lob Lolly. When Sam says he has one of the best offices in the world you can't really argue!

For 8 years in a row my now husband and I have hung out during the day & dined numerous times by Potter's. During our 2+ weeks on island, we usually stop by in the a.m. for a beer and a chat with our local friends just to greet the day and send best of morning wishes to those who... More

Potters in Anegada, BVI is a place not to be missed. The restaurant is right of the main dock when you sail to this beautiful island. Sam, the man who does everything at Potters is the happiest man I think I have ever met. He catches the Lobsters, grills them to perfection and then dances the night away after dinner... More

Grinning, leaflet-bearing water-borne tout, apparently about to board our boat (without Skipper's permission): "It's OK, I'm a captain too. I'm Sam, capital S a-m, your servant. Your wish is my command. I own the finest seafood restaurant on the..blah, blah...limbo champion...blah, blah." My thought, pulled from an old Simpsons episode: "This demeans us both." Despite being told that Sam--fun, gregarious... More

Traveled to anegada yesterday on feb 7 2015, beautiful amazing time until the following morning. 24 hours of uncontrolable diarrhea and vomiting. Heard all the stories of 30 plus people having the same issue earlier this week. They all had the lobster but we think it may have been the tap water. They say the tap water is fine here,... More

When you sail into Anegada you are often approached by Sam handing out fliers from his wooden skiff for "Potters By The Sea" restaurant. A very casual place like the rest of the open air restaurants in Anegada, it features recorded music while you eat. When you are in the salt water all day or the sun or after a... More
