A must do!

We had many tapas choices and I had the filet Main and My BF had the snapper. The desserts was good but seemed to have some issues, although the salted caramel cheesecake was the star! They do warn you that with a tapas emu some may be served before others, which I got, but our other couple... read more

My husband and I came to Virgin Gorda for our Honeymoon the 2 middle weeks of April this year. We stayed at Little Dix Bay and knew we had to go to Coco Maya based on reviews. After doing the Sugar Mill, Rock Cafe, and The Treehouse we were really hoping Coco Maya would live up to the hype as... More

All told, a great experience. The suggestions (3) from locals were spot on. Service a bit spotty. Server just about ignored us when we only ordered three drinks and nearly 25 minutes separated the starters from the next dishes, despite the claim that "things come out as soon as they are ready". Food itself amazing. Beautiful presentation and quality. Wonderful... More

We visited CocoMaya twice during our recent trip to Virgin Gorda and I'm so glad we did! We enjoyed ordering from the tapa-style menu and sampling the variety of amazing food. The different beer selections were a delight and we tried some different Belgian beers that we hope to find locally. Perhaps one of the most amazing things about CocoMaya... More

Terrific food, amazing service, very fancy setup. Excellent fusion cuisine; tapas-style appetizers and sides better value and more interesting than the entrees. Will be back!

This place was suggested to me by another couple staying at Rosewood Little Dix Bay. This restaurant in Spanish Town has a great location, right on the beach. Take your shoes off and kick back on the sofas and lounge chairs on the beach. Watch the wave action and see the variety of boats traveling on Drake's Passage. Arrive by... More

There aren't a whole lot of options for dining on Virgin Gorda. There are the resort restaurants which tend to be very pricy. We found CocoMaya while staying at nearby Little Dix Bay and ate here twice for dinner. It's right on the beach with great views. The restaurant is fairly large and was never crowded. They are also open... More

The location and restaurant setting is awesome. The menu is Tapas style and small bites. We tried six different items. We found the food to be overly spiced to the point of not being able to be enjoyed. Also the cocktails are very interesting but not very well balanced and in the end not great. So go here for the... We have been to VG in March the past two years. Outstanding food. I think we have eaten there or done takeout 8 of the 14 days we have been on the island.
