We were at Little Dix Bay for our 42 Anniversary and this as always was a beautiful setting to celebrate. The weather was perfect along with a full moon. Our service was great. Our food was very good though expensive. This is definitely a place for special occasions not a casual night out.

spend your money elsewhere. This place is fine for a drink or an appetizer. The $21 watermelon and feta salad was pretty good actually so was the $22 coconut soup. Just go to Coco Maya for fine dining that's worth the price - and they have a better setting / atmosphere... or go to any "local" place like mimis kitchen,... More

We have over 30 years of history in Virgin Gorda, and built a home here 25 years ago, so we have had many experiences dining at Little Dix. In the past, although we do not favor luxe resorts, we have enjoyed excellent food and service in the Pavilion, The Beach House, and the Sugar Mill. So when we decided to... More

First off, the setting at the Sugar Mill is hard to beat. The beauty of the Caribbean, the old world charm with candlelight and a near-full moon create a magical venue. We have had several spectacular dining experiences at the Sugar Mill, but our most recent visit was not one of them. First came a wine glass so dirty we... More

Probably the most beautiful, romantic setting for a restaurant anywhere! In the stone and timber-beamed structure with candlelight and balmy breezes stirring the curtains, the frogs chirping and the smell of the blooming trees, we had an incredible meal. The pumpkin and crab soup, the salad with figs, the short ribs, and the fungi risotto were all delicious. The service... More

The Sugar Mill is a real treat inside a resort that is full special and unique gifts for its guests. The food was consistently outstanding, which is often missing in more remote island locations. Service staff was always friendly and helpful. Atmosphere is comfortable, romantic and airy with open air seating to the ocean just yards away. Get there a... More

I had the salmon and pasta for my entree and the lobster risotto for an appetizer. The salmon was so fresh and not overdone at all! Combined with the pesto linguine this was the most fulfilling meal of our stay. I wish I could have it every night! And I would definitely go back for more.

It was good food, but not to die for and the dress code for men is pretentious and unnecessary in the islands - long pants, closed shoes & collared shirt. This crowd understand nice shorts & a collared shirt. The prices are high because many things are imported, but it was overrated in my book.
