LSL is a great place to grab lunch and pastries, but you should also try the cake! We stopped in early in our stay and absolutely loved the cinnamon rolls and cheese rolls (a great change from a sweet breakfast, try them hot). We were on Virgin Gorda for a very big birthday and they were able to bake us... More

This was a nice little deli. They were out of many items which was a bummer but, they woman behind the counter made us a great sandwich & we purchased a few baked goods. We walked back to our resort to enjoy on our balcony. The food was really good & a great value! Food & drink prices on Virgin... More

LSL makes some terrific sandwiches at the Yacht Harbor location. The sandwich prices are $5-6 and are huge. I could make two meals out of it. They are always busy doing a lot of take out service. I recommend that you not be in a rush, place your order, then shop in the Yacht Harbor area while waiting for your... More

Our group of 4 tried a bit of everything at both locations during our stay on Virgin Gorda. We mostly stopped at the main bakery for breakfast and snack items. Mildred was very friendly and more than happy to explain anything we were not familiar with. My personal favorites were the Bread Pudding (try it cold) and the Pumpkin Rolls.... More

Had the cinnamon bun (huge!) and the pineapple puff pastry thing...both were fresh and very tasty, cheap too. Neat local spot across from the school (interesting signs up about schoolkids not being allowed to sit at the bar). Wanted to make a return trip but ran out of time.

Cinnamon Rolls and Bread Pudding were very good. Inexpensive and very friendly staff. There is a indoor bar and they offer lunch as well. Lots of people there for lunch.

i actually ate at lsl deli at yacht harbor in spanish town, not the main restaurant. but since the deli is not listed on this site... after suffering the slow service at bath and turtle, i switched to lsl deli. the sandwiches are great and the prices are much better! the staff will make your sandwich to order, depending on... We tried going to LSL's main shop for breakfast, but they were closed. The one in the Yacht Harbor shopping center was open. The pastries were passable but the sandwiches were excellent. Staff was a little grumpy, and the coffee situation wasn't awesome (no real creamer/milk).

They have two locations, the original on the way to the Baths, and a smaller store in the Spanish Town Yacht harbor shops. We went to the one in Spanish Town. They have a wonderful display of home baked goods at great prices. A great stop for cookies, pies, desserts and a decent wine selection too. I would go back... More

Definitely worth a stop at for lunch on the way around the island.
