At Virgin Cafe's simple "Caribbean fusion" menu offers the best casual waterside dining in the BVI. Our delectable home style dishes include tender guava glazed baby back ribs, West Indian boneless chicken roti, grilled wahoo fish, gourmet sandwiches, fritters and homemade soups. We always use the best quality ingredients, including locally grown produce, freshly caught fish and Angus-grade beef. Homemade sauces and dressings such as sun-dried tomato aioli, lemon-poppy seed salad dressing, and mango chutney are house specialties. Gourmet magazine loves our Fat Virgin Hot Sauce. You can relax on our front deck with a drink or a 3-course meal. Bring the whole family or make it a special occasion for two. As long as you're ready to slow down the pace and savor our culinary delights, it doesn't matter if you come in your high heels or your bare feet.

Fun place to eat with wind to keep you cool!

This was a nice place to go for lunch. We both had hamburgers and they were prepared to our liking. We went by boat, and were able to sit and feel the wind. They do have limited seating. It was not a big deal for us since we were a party of 2, but if you have a larger party... read more

You can get a ferry to this restaurant from most resorts, just ask at your reception. Fun food to share with a group of friends, you sit outdoors on long tables, could be a wait if they are busy but just get a few more beers in. Local dishes as well as international favourites.

Loved the curried vegetable Roti...Has come to be one of my island faves. Can't beat the beautiful view since you are right on the water, and it's not crowded at all. Also had the split pea fritters, which were nice. It's always a plus to find tasty vegetarian options!

The first time I went here in 2013 i ordered the Chicken Cesar Salad. It was AMAZING! after begging for the recipe (with out any luck) I finally made my way back down and the food was just how I remembered it, the staff was amazing, and the whole place was just relaxing. This is one of my favorite stops... More

This restaurant is in North Sound of Virgin Gorda in the BVI. We visited this restaurant and island while on a week-long sail there. Accessible only by boat (be sure to learn where it is before dark), the food and service told us we did the correct thing to venture there. Food was excellent, atmosphere relaxed and, of course, by... More

Went here by dingy from Leverick Bay ( as recommended by B & B who we rented the dingy from ) Would highly recommend this little peice of heaven for lunch. Capturing the true "Island Style" life, delightful brighly colored tables outside, amazing view of the yachts in the harbor, and delightful food. I had the chicken sandwich which came... More

I went here because I needed to lunch after hiking Biras Creek trails (Guy's trail is awesome!). I've read the rewiews on Fat Virgin Café before going. What a deception... I first entered the cafe and said "hello". The 2 ladies almost didn't replied to me... I then ordered a beer and asked for the menu. The staff lady didn't... More

This is just a little place that we came across while cruising around the island in our jeep. The burger was one of the best! Loved it so much I had to buy a beer coozie:)

We ventured across the harbor on recommendation for lunch. Tasty burgers, cool drinks and picnic bench view of the super yachts. Must see if you're in the area.

The best was it's location on a waterfront. I thought the food was average - we tried Roti, fish sandwich and cheeseburger and honestly none was impressive. The waiters were very nice thought. I recommend skipping lunch and going to CocoMaya or Rock Cafe for dinner.

We thank you for your visit and review of the Fat Virgin. We are sorry that your meals did not meet your expectations and we will continue to work hard and make the improvements necessary to enhance that experience.
