At Virgin Cafe's simple "Caribbean fusion" menu offers the best casual waterside dining in the BVI. Our delectable home style dishes include tender guava glazed baby back ribs, West Indian boneless chicken roti, grilled wahoo fish, gourmet sandwiches, fritters and homemade soups. We always use the best quality ingredients, including locally grown produce, freshly caught fish and Angus-grade beef. Homemade sauces and dressings such as sun-dried tomato aioli, lemon-poppy seed salad dressing, and mango chutney are house specialties. Gourmet magazine loves our Fat Virgin Hot Sauce. You can relax on our front deck with a drink or a 3-course meal. Bring the whole family or make it a special occasion for two. Best burger ever!

This is just a little place that we came across while cruising around the island in our jeep. The burger was one of the best! Loved it so much I had to buy a beer coozie:)

We ventured across the harbor on recommendation for lunch. Tasty burgers, cool drinks and picnic bench view of the super yachts. Must see if you're in the area.

The best was it's location on a waterfront. I thought the food was average - we tried Roti, fish sandwich and cheeseburger and honestly none was impressive. The waiters were very nice thought. I recommend skipping lunch and going to CocoMaya or Rock Cafe for dinner.

We thank you for your visit and review of the Fat Virgin. We are sorry that your meals did not meet your expectations and we will continue to work hard and make the improvements necessary to enhance that experience. We do consider ourselves a small simple beach bar where the emphasis is on flavor and using as much locally grown... More

The Fat Virgin is a must! If you are on the island you need to check this place out. It is authentic island flavor just what I had been wanting. I had the BLT with brie cheese and basil mayo. It was to die for. We sent a few others and everyone raved about the food they received. The views... More

My husband and I were referred to this location by a local bar tender. We thought they had some local fish, but that was not to be. We did try the beef ROTI - try it - it's a local dish that is quite tasty and very filling. The atmosphere is picnic table seating with a lovely view of the... More

A waterfront cafe which has the Carribean atmosphere one seeks when in the BVI. If you are lucky you will be served by the effervescent Sami, a delightful person. And if you are really really lucky the day's selections will include Stewgoat. It is fabulous! Best I've ever had and the one to try if you've never eaten goat meat.... More

First off, we went here because all the locals said this was a great place to eat. We were a little disappointed in the selection of food on the menu. I ended up with a cheeseburger and my wife had the Roti which were both good but again not what we actually expected. We understood that the served local food... More

I recently visited this cafe whilst sailing in the BVI. we arrived at the cafe in a small boat and was welcomed to the cafe by a friendly waiter. The waiter took our order and drinks order informing us that the food was freshly cooked so would take a while to be served. This was not a problem as we... More

Staying at Biras Creek Resort, this made a great change for a relaxed light lunch and or a "Carib" beer with lime or a "painkiller" in the early evening. Often busy with passing dinghy boats and obviously lots of local support, no doubt well deserved. Good value compared to other bars in area. Great atmosphere and friendly service. Burgers and... We where given a recommendation to go Fat Virgin Cafe. As the ferry boat went past The Bitter End and Briars Creek and the other passengers had reservations to eat there, we felt maybe we should cancel and go there. On the boat also was one of the waitresses for the cafe and she encouraged us to keep the our... More
