We found Sebastian's perfect for what we were needing. We were on our way back to the states and we were tired of hemorrhaging money. We had a good b'fast there that wasn't cheap but not bad by BVI standards. The atmosphere is nothing to write home about but you can literally sit right at the water. more

Took over an hour to the meal - nothing special. Waitress added their surcharge [15%] and marked it 'TAX' . Stupidly, we added another 15% for a tip. There are no food taxes in the BVI. Great view, good drinks, and a fine resort - but the resturant is overpriced with an indifferent staff. more
