Every table has a great view, dining Al fresco high above the ocean overlooking the water toward Jost Van Dyke. Excellent food and presentation, as well.

We visited Bananakeet for the fourth time on this visit to the BVI. It was a fantastic experience, as usual. Tia was our server and could not have been more attentive and fun. We ordered the potato leek soup and the ginger chicken. The soup was good, though it needed a touch more seasoning. The chicken was just wonderful, as... More

We visited with a group of friends. Without exception the food was delicious - particularly the coconut shrimp. We couldn't appreciate the sunset as sadly it was cloudy, however the view is beautiful. The waiting staff were friendly and attentive - and Ninja lived up to his reputation! Would thoroughly recommend

So you cannot be faint of heart and drive around Tortola - the windy roads and switchbacks making driving exhilarating! It is worth navigating the twists and turns to get to the BananaKeet Cafe. High on a hilltop, it has the best view for a sunset. Better yet, the nice folks there provide a shot at sunset - why not... More

We visited this place many time but this time it was different. We made reservation for outside corner a day before. We specifically asked for out side corner table but when we arrived we it was not the case. As it was not enough of their inefficiency, the staff was very rude and arrogantly gave as a middle table. While... More

My parents took my husband and I to dinner at Bananakeet . We got there in time for the beautiful sunset and were offered complimentary sunset shots. The service was excellent.i had codfish fritters to start and their sesame tuna as an entree. My husband had steak, mom had shrimp and dad had vegan pasta. We all thought the food... More

Went back to BananaKeet for the first time in a number of years and was refreshingly surprising at how good it was. BananaKeet is famous for its sunset views over the islands, but what caught me off guard was how good the food was. Each of the five entrees that we ordered was just excellent. The prices also seemed pretty... More

Our waiter's name was Ninja. He served us with the precision only a Ninja could provide. My wife had the Grouper catch of the day. I had the Ginger Chicken with Mango Chutney. Both were culinary marvels. Our sunset shot was just what the sunset ordered. And I must say the spectacular sunset was only surpassed by our fine dining... More

Awesome view, great bar, friendly and accommodating staff that sat us for dinner even though we barged in without a reservation. Went three times for drinks and food over the course of our stay. No better place on the island to watch the sun go down. Miss it already!

We celebrated my boyfiends 60th birthday here and he said it was the best place he has ever eaten. We got a great table with an amazing view overlooking the ocean. There was even a swimming pool and great bar there. We ordered mojitos which were delicious and the bar itself was adorable painted in Carribean colors. Everyone who worked... More
