We ate at the Jolly Roger restaurant one evening for dinner. After consistently paying $25+ for entrees, this place was a welcome budget-friendly restaurant. We were there right as they opened for dinner so it was not at all crowded but they did have some tables reserved. We had just a hamburger and nachos, but my husband loved the hamburger.... more
