As good as it smelled from the grill!

So we were walking around Grand Case and came upon this place Cynthia Talk of the Town. Some spunky lady tried to lure us in to eat a late lunch but we were saving ourselves for dinner later so we passed on her offer. I said to her that it smelled so good that we would be back. I am... read more

We were on a recent private tour of St Maarten and told our driver that we were looking for a good value local restaurant to enjoy a authentic island meal. Talk of the town did not disappoint with a great bbq lunch and very good value drinks. My fav was the ribs but our party of 13 tried most things... More

Prior to our visit, I received several recommendations that we must stop at Grand Case for some amazing food so of course, I listened to tame my inner fat kid. There were several waterfront restaurants that looked legit and authentic that it was hard to choose. I loved that everyone just had their grills out, grilling away! We settled on... More

Popular place right on the road, beside "The Sky's the Limit", just west of the dingy dock. We didn't eat here because we were looking for a specific Lolo nearby. However, I did stop to take photos of the menu and grill

Talk is in a group of 4 Lolo's sharing a common area in Grand Case. The food is mostly grilled and bar-b-q and quite good, especially for the price. We'll drive half way around the island to get a tasty meal for under $10/each. We can't tell you which of the four is our favorite, we usually pick the one... More

We had our hearts set on a grilled lobster and decided to come here. We shared a big one and a rack of ribs. Delicious! Lobster is expensive everywhere but I was pleasantly surprised when they later came with the bill and charged me less than I was quoted for the lobster I had selected because once they cut it... My family was so excited to visit Talk of the Town after reading tons of glowing reviews. Maybe we were cranky from spending forever in traffic trying to get there, but we were less than impressed. Rice and beans were yummy, salad was crisp and fresh, and shrimp skewers were tasty. The rest of the food was so-so at best.... More

Hands down this was our favorite Lolo. We ate here almost every day, either for a little snack or lunch or a late dinner. We tried the other Lolos in this compound, but this is by far the best. Run by really great people. If you don't eat anywhere else, eat here and you will have experienced St. Martin
