We decided on this restaurant to share our anniversary meal with our best friends. A complimentary starter of champagne with apricot was a lovely beginning, and the food was amazing. Freshest seafood, delicious sides, risotto..... Since it was off season, we had a nice leisurely meal and of course dessert. Chocolate mousse....and a fantastic cappuccino. We appreciated that the end... More

We liked it here. It was pretty good food but I was still a little hungry when we left. I felt that the food was good but they could have been a bit more creative with preparation. We had the frog legs and they were very tasty but really small. I would have maybe taken the meat and stuffed a... More

Its great if you are a seafood lover, there are live lobsters swimming in a tank, but they looked like Maine Lobsters not local. I really prefer to eat local food if at all possible.

This restaurant is part of the "BIG" Three restaurants in Grand Case. Bistro Caribe, LA Villa and Oceans 82. You get great service and great food at all three of these restaurants. You can't go wrong.

Overall, Bistrot Caraibes was the second best diner we has in the island, after l Auberge Gourmande. The tuna tartare appetizer is very well prepared and has a nice kick coming from the spicy sauce. We had the lobster as well and the waiter offered to have one half of each lobster grilled and the other thermidor. We had a... More

Based on the good reviews, we went here for dinner. What an amazing dinner. I had the Lobster Thermidor for the first time in my life. It was so delicious. I would rank it one of my top ten meals. The escargots came in nice buttery sauce, the snails were very large and tender. The seared foie gras was equally... More

Decided to try this restaurant tonight as we walked around Grand Case and so very glad we did. The scallop and shrimp appetizer was good but could have done without. We were given a complimentary glass of Pinot Noir and it was delicious I had to have a second glass. We each ordered a salad. Both were fresh and yummy.... More

This is some of the best food and one of the best dining experiences in Grand Case. Thiebau and Ameury are excellent restaurant owner and are always there making sure everything is to your liking. My wife and I were here in February and are here with our family week and had to take them there...nobody was disappointed. They all... More

My wife and I have eaten at Bistrot Caraibes in Grand Case on many occasions and especially love the duck and lobster. The service is great and the owner adds a special touch to the experience.

Our group shared escargot, and ordered the lobster thermidor. It was the best meal I have every had! The service was amazing. The atmosphere is family living, but they wait on you like royalty. It was a very pleasant 3 hour meal! Definitely worth the price! I will go back!
