Excellent food, excellent service

A piece of France in the Caribbean! The food is excellent. We had brim fish (like sea bass), magret de canard(duck), onion soup, and an appetizer based on scallos and bechamel. The taste was of the fish was very delicate. The onion soup was superb. The same for the duck and scallops. The service... read more

we have dined here numerous times over the years . the food , ambiance, and service have never disappointed us. the menu changes so the main courses, appetizers and desserts are always made to impress. portions here are generous, but the desserts are not to miss. we strongly suggest reservations as this place has a large following. wine selection is... In our opinion, the best restaurant in SXM! The service is excellent, the wine list is quite reasonable and varied and the food is superb. The duck is out of this world! The plating of the meal is something that must be seen and tasted. We're going back for our last night in SXM!

We ate at many restaurants that were very very good but this one was excellent. Charming bright yellow cottage type atmosphere with Van Gogh styled artwork on the walls - and it's open-aired but also air-conditioned! Our children fell in love with Rack of Lamb and Fresh sea bass. Everything about our meal was truly gourmet and delicious with generous... More

This was a great find on our last night on the island! They started us off with a complimentary glass of champagne and recommended an affordable bottle of wine from the list. The escargots and fish special were delicious, but the chocolate mousse dessert was divine. Lily was an amazing server (and even entertained our beginner French). I definitely recommend... More

We love everything about this restaurant. The atmosphere just like being in Paris. The people so nice and helpful and the food well what can I say about perfection. A must go.

Have dined at this restraunt many times on visits to St. Martin. Grand Case is always our favorite place for dining and L'Auberge is always the best. Have never been disappointed by the service or the food. Wonderful selection to choose from and great wine, deserts are fabulous. A place you must try.

We went to nearly all the gourmet restaurants in Grand Case during our week-long stay in St. Maarten. L'Auberge was so good, we went a second time! Everything is wonderful, including the service. If you only have one nice dinner during your trip, make it a dinner a L'Auberge!

We travel to SXM twice a year and have done so since 1997. While there are great restaurants in Grand Case, L'Auberge is consistently The Best. Owner Pascal, Chef Willie, Matre'd David and waitresses are all wonderfully welcoming and attentive. We have four favorite French restaurants in Grand Case; all four are "5 star to Us". Auberge is a lovely... More

This restaurant iis located in the main street of Grand Case at the french side of Sint Maarten. The place is small but cozy. We were welcomed at the entrance and could choose our table. We got a glass of champagne on the house and they had chef special on the menu whch verry well explained. The food and the... More
