This restaurant will go down as one of my top favorite in the world. The cooking process is so unique, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the food was phenomenal. Definitely would recommend!

Great menu and good people--ask for Manny The lobster & truffle potatoes were delicious & do the Banana forlay for dessert. You will enjoy great views of the sunset over Simpson Bay.

We usually avoid restaurants that are connected to resorts, preferring to wander around and find places on our own. But the idea of stone cooking was interesting, so we gave it a shot. We were not disappointed. The waiter advised us to order everything one step lower than how we'd like it done, because it would arrive cooking on the... More

The location of this restaurant is hard to beat: outside seating with ocean view - gorgeous Caribbean sunset while dining. Service is quite good, and food presentation is interesting though it's not convenient for eating. We visited The Stone on lobster special night and had lobster, of course, beef filet, duck breast, and beef skirt steak kebab with Gouda cheese.... More

There are so many terrific restaurants on St. Martin that its hard to stand out. I had the Kobe burger and my wife had the duck breast with foie grois. The ambience outside is nice and the service is good. The food is good but not great. We preferred the food at Bon Apetite which is also located on the... More

Best fillet ever! Truffle mashed potatoes also can't be topped! We were treated like family! Manager and waiter were fabulous!

Great little restaurant with live music (at least when we were there last Friday) and excellent food and service.

The Stone was a perfect dinner location for our last night in St. Maarten. Staying at the resort that houses The Stone made it very convenient to get to. We had dinner as the sun was setting, and luckily we like to eat early (we got there around 6:00), because even though it was the off-season, The Stone gets busy... More

Your main course comes out sizzling on a stone. If you order a steak medium rare, then they will cook it rare, and it will get to medium rare on the stone as they bring it out tot you. The restaurant is on the lower level of the Pelican resort and next to the marina. Very enjoyable atmosphere. We have... More
