Visited on a Wednesday night in July and it was pretty busy that night. We were a group of 10 and were seated at a big table with a great view over the lagoon. Our server was great and very attentive throughout our visit. We've ordered appetizers, main course and dessert and all were great. I would definitely visit again.

Made this our first dining stop when we arrived in SXM. In a good location, wasn't packed. Service was okay. Food and drinks were very good. Moderately priced. Great lagoon view. If you want to grab an uncomplicated bite to eat, go here.

Awesome food, great prices & friendly service. The prices were very reasonable compared to the other places we have been. 2 entrees, an appetizer , bottled water, a beer & dessert for under $100.

This restaurant has gone downhill and up priced over the last few years. Entrees cost more and more with less and less good. Appetizer are reasonable and almost the same portions. Watch out! They include the tip and don't tell you and will actually deny it when questioned and say it is a tax. All lies. Unguarded tends to have... More

There are beautiful views of the lagoon every night which only supplement the great food. We went here on our 1st night in St Maarten. The swordfish special and crusted tilapia were so big that we had these as leftovers for a second dinner. Then later in the week we went back here again and had the snapper and the... More

In spite of a blaring-loud carnival going on across the street, when we were seated by the water the noise didn't intrude and we had a lovely view of the lagoon. Prompt, polite service and superb food. The seafood kabobs were expertly prepared, the baked potato was perfect (an item often not done well at other places), mahimahi was excellent,... More

We ate and drank at Skipjack's 3 days during our stay in St. Maarten. Our family (party of 15) had a surprise party for my mother's 73rd birthday. Food was excellent. We did not have a set menu so everything was made to order. The lobster, grouper, seared tuna, and scallops were delicious. My brother had the whole red snapper... More

Good food and good service. Our resort made reservations for us and they gave table by the water. Very nice.

This restaurant is off the main road in the Simpson Bay area of St. Martin, and it backs up to the water. Great atmosphere, but the food did not meet our expectations. The crab cakes need less breading and more crab. For the bill we paid, I would have expected better tasting food. I probably would not go back unless... More
