I have been coming here over 10 years. The best food and service on the island. I have had almost all the entrees. A very classy place in an unlikely setting. They offer valet parking. Use it.

We started with the cream of onion soup and then we knew we were in love with this place. I had the lamb which melted in my mouth and my husband had the clam sauce which was delicious. We topped off the meal with a chocolate lava cake and ice cream. The service was excellent. We sat by the water... More

This is a must visit place on the entire island. You will receive a warm welcome from very professional staff who know how to provide the best service and attention to customers. We ordered a French onion soup as an appetizer, then duck and red snapper as entrees. Soup was to die for, we had it in many places and... More

You can't beat this restaurant. Fabulous food, sensational presentation, pricey but worth every penny. The best fish and meat dishes. Try their specials and don't miss the creamy onion soup or the mussels if available

The reviews are all true. We drove the 5 minutes out of Marigot for a late dinner. A little off the main drag (just before the bridge), we waited maybe 5 minutes for a table (reservations recommended). I had a rack of lamb. Amongst the best I've ever had. My wife had a lovely grilled salmon. Appetizers were unique and... More

Third time in St. Maarten and somehow I had never been to Mario's, boy was I missing out! The food and the service at this restaurant was excellent. What did we eat? Wahoo sashimi - delicious, Golden beet salad - also delicious, Shrimp/Scallop with crab risotto and spinach - amazing!!! My friend had the sea bass which I tasted and... More

I could eat the duck at Mario's every night for the rest of my life and be happy. The orange-molasses glaze, crispy potato chips, and mashed potatoes are finger-licking good, if you are confident enough to do so among the high-end Mario's clientele.

Food was great, Service was timely and prompt but not overwhelming. Specials of the day was outstanding and it was not far at all from the La Sammana Belmond

We visited Mario's on our last night in St. Maarten and I think it's probably the best restaurant I've ever experienced... or at least in the top three. We didn't have a reservation (on a Saturday night) but they were still able to accommodate us. The restaurant is on the water and it's very romantic. Service and food were immaculate.... More

We had such a fabulous dinner at Mario's Bistro! The service was impeccable and the food was delicious! We couldn't have asked for a better setting- sitting on the water, candle light and great food. Can't wait to go back again!
