Good old Hard Rock!

Standard Hard Rock fare with a better view than some. Drinks are okay, lots of tourists buying Hard Rock merchandise.

The food is classic Hard Rock, and the view is classic St. Maarten beach and ocean. My wife and I both had chicken sandwiches. She had the club, but they were out of Avocado and I had the chicken with bacon, mozzarella and ham with a Dijon sauce. Both were very good and very filling. Nothing overly exciting, but that... The menu was familiar. I didn't see anything that would speak to the uniqueness of the location. The restaurant was on the second floor and I didn't see an elevator. It was cool (A/C) and had a great view. The bathrooms were clean.

Lovely view from outside of this HRC, not one of the best HRC's however - little atmosphere and be aware when ordering a pint of beer they add on the charge for the glass without even asking you!!

There for lunch on Feb 11 after spending an afternoon in Philipsburg. I guess we chose the Hard Rock because of the name recognition. Mistake... Food was not up to par. Portions were small and void of taste. I had a salad with chicken or should I say no chicken - seriously, it had maybe two little cubes of chicken.... More

Ouch! Be prepared to spend a lot for very little. This is not your typical HRC! When there are no prices in the menu, know you are being gouged! A basic hamburger and a couple of drinks cost $50. Be careful when ordering drinks (non alcoholic). They still charge you a liquor tax (?). Plus they don't tell you you... More

We went there on an afternoon, the view of the sunset and the ocean was great. We had the pulled pork sandwich. The food felt like warmed up leftovers and days old. Ask for what is fresh. The service was quick and friendly but we were charged for the souvenir glass version of our drinks without being asked. Instead of... More

We almost stopped here for lunch a couple years ago. I'm glad we made it back last night. The food was very good. I had a California club with fries. The fries were spice nicely, and the club was good. They give you the guacamole on the side as it was a bit spicy. We had almost the entire place... More

As all hard rock cafes. Lots of loud music and souvenirs to take home to loved ones. If you like to buy a St. Maarten hard rock souvenir, they are located right on the boardwalk in Philips birth.

Me and my husband went for a drink. Got a large beer and large diet coke cost around 28 American dollars. We did feel this was way too much. Found out bottles were a lot cheaper. Views fantastic but just felt we didn't get value for money
