Apsara is a great restaurant for risk takers. It's Indian & Island fusion and it is delicious!! There is a lot of seafood, so I wouldn't recommend it if you don't like seafood.

During our 10 day stay at Anse Chastanet, we ate dinner at Apsara three separate nights - and tried three different dishes. ALL were very good, and the service was top rate!. Loved the scenery, being set at the beach.

We were impressed by the food and the location....dining along the beach was very romantic. I was surprised to see an Indian restaurant, but what do I know!

Aspara was one of our favorite dining experiences on the island, and Indian food isn't even particularly high on my list! I can only imagine what you could say about this restaurant if Indian is your food of choice. One night a week (I believe) the Anse Chastanet resort restaurant is transformed into Aspara, a romantic (dare it be said,... More
