Excellent Indian! Wish we had this in CT!

We had an excellent meal, the ingredients were fresh and the spice just right. We wish we had this near us! We would visit every week.

Well I firstly find it outstanding with the rating being at 5* on here. But I must say I really enjoyed my starter. Then I was incredibly let down by our mains both was of a strong tomato Base in my opinion more a bolongese with mild spices in my husbands n a few more in mine. Which was very... More

I ordered the butter chicken, shrimp biryani, tikka masala, and samosas and enjoyed all of it! I thought that the flavors had a slightly different taste than the Indian food that I eat in the U.S. I attribute this to the Caribbean influence. For instance, I tasted a lot of fresh lemon grass in the tikka masala, which I have... More

Well deserved reviews. My half Indian and ex chef husband thought it was one of the best Indian meals he has eaten. The kids and I agreed. Utterly delicious. Friendly staff and great night out. We are going back for more!!

We have been visiting St Lucia for 13 years but always avoided Indian restaurants as we thought they would not be better than in Uk. We were so wrong, the food is freshly made. Forget doughy Naans. Everything is fragrant and light. The service is lovely ( even large font menus for short sighted people like me). I recommend highly.

Dear DCSTEED, Thanks for the lovely review and I am glad to know that you enjoyed our efforts at pleasing everyone---even the larger font menus like yu mentioned or menus translated in French for French nationals who visit St Lucia a lot. We appreciate you enjoying our cuisine and writing about it. Our chefs are very proud of what they... More

Visited here with my husband who adores curry after reading reviews on trip advisor. Greeted with a cold (and very welcome!) towel and immediately offered chilled water. Most definitely worthy of the trip advisor rating - excellent service and great to see the chef come out to help us in our choice of meal. Offered to change the basis of... More

Book in advance as this is a popular place and rightly so! The food was light and delicious and the service was also spot on. I would definitely recommend making the journey into Rodney Bay to go again!

On our last day in St. Lucia my boyfriend and I wanted to eat out at the local restaurants in St. Lucia. We picked Spice of India in Rodney Bay from all the great views online and from the Spa staff at our resort at the Smugglers Cove. We were beyond happy on this choice. The service was great and... Went to see if it deserved it's top billing. Unquestionably yes! Outstanding Indian food, beautifully presented. Lovely staff and an involved owner who makes a point of overseeing quality and introducing himself to guests. I have eaten a lot of Indian cuisines and this was in a league above my previous experiences. The saffron chicken was delicately spiced and very... More

Trusted the high Tripadvisor rating and was not disappointed. The flavors were well balanced and the heat was managed well. If you are looking for Indian food is the islands, this is the place to go. Well deserved #1 rating.
