Flavours of the Grill was recommended to us by a local taxi driver. Full of trepidation we arrived at Flavours in a small street in Gros Islet not really knowing what to expect. The building is wooden and very clean and seems to be authentic Caribbean which was a most welcome change from our resort restaurants. We drank excellent cocktails... More

We have been coming to St.Lucia for 5 years, but this is the first time we have been here. It was recommended by friends. We loved it! Great food, good wine, good value, great staff & a very authentic Caribbean atmosphere. We will be back. Mike. York, England.

We ate there the first evening we arrived in Gros Islet and we fell in love with creole cuisine. The "Catch of the Day" was outstanding. Lucky for us we stayed in a guest house across the road and we were able get some take out even when the restaurant was very busy. I loved their fish cakes for late... More

Well worth a visit if your in the Gros Islet area, top quality local food, very well presented and very reasonable prices. Lambi (conch) EC45 (£10) Jerl chicken EC 30(£7) beer EC5(£1.20). This place looks and feels like a true St Lucian restaurant.

We were not aware that Friday night is buffet only. The menu was very limited. No coffee or dessert are available. We were in and out in about 1 hour... not the experience we had hoped for based on what we had read about the restaurant.

A recommendation from Trip Advisor, and sometime during the drive here we were wondering if we had made a mistake. Way stuck away in the city down a few very small streets and we got there a little late. There were plenty of other diners, and lots of smiles, so we assumed we were fine. We were. Colorful rustic little... More

On vacations we like to find little spots that truly represent the area. Flavours of the Grill was exactly what we were looking for. The food was fantastic. I am now in love with fish cakes and creole sauce. The spare ribs were so tender that the meat just fell off the bone! My husband generally doesn't like plantains but... More
