A recent reviewer seemed to be "confused" by the combination of tastes at their recent meal. Unlike their experience, our group of two couples had an exceptional meal. All four of us had different entrees and they were all wonderful. Preparation and presentation were superb. The Mahi was delectable on seafood side and the ribeye was sensational. As with most... The fusion that the chef is trying winds up being confused and inconsistent. The price is not worth the quality. The portions are good and plating is appealing. Fish constantly over cooked, even when asked for it NOT well done. Best items were anything with shrimp, they were plump & large. Desserts were abysmal, stick to just ice cream, or... More

We stayed at Calabash in December and chose the hotel due to it having n excellent restaurant . However we were disappointed with the food. It wasn't as interesting and varied as I would have liked. The portions were large and stodgy . Service was unfailingly polite but slow at times. Cocktails were slow to be served but good.

We had some really good food on our recent holiday in St Lucia and the meal we had here was certainly in the top five. The mussel starter featured a piquant creole sauce and the shrimp ravioli was superb. The rack of lamb was cooked to perfection, as was the pork tenderloin and both also were very well sauced. The... We stayed at Calabash Cove for our honeymoon and had researched different places to eat but ended up eating all of our meals except 3 (2 lunch, 1 dinner) at the Windsong Restaurant because of how delicious the food was. A different special every night - but always willing to make you what you want/change something they have to suit... More

We stayed at the resort "Calabash Cove" where Windsong is located and enjoyed every meal we had here. The service was incredible as well as the food and the amazing view of the Carribean Sea we had while eating

We thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience at Windsong. Our servers were knowledgeable about the specials and wine list. Entrees were creative and the presentation was beautiful. During the day there is a wonderful ocean view and at night you have the breeze and twinkling lights of Castries to enjoy, it combines for a romantic ambiance that is second to none.

We stayed at this resort for a week. And, had all but 2 of our meals here. Everything was great. Breakfast, lunch and dinner. Service was wonderful. And, the nightly specials were always very good. Having live entertainment every night is a nice touch. And, the views are unbeatable.
