Wonderful experience eating local St. Lucian food. Laurel herself came out to ask how we'd like our fish cooked. The food was excellent ,especially the Saltfish Accra, a local treat. Clean, homey and comfortable. Fresh, crisp salad, homemade dressing and bread. You are at her house eating in her kitchen. That's the vibe. Local, fresh and Laurel and her staff... More

The food was good and reasonable but some things weren't available on the menu. I would definitely go back.

Dined here on 11-Aug-2014 with other couples. We were surprised by the limited menu, which we thought was a fixed menu - and that certain items were unavailable (shrimp, red snapper, another fish, ice cream). Note we had a 6:30 pm reservation on a Monday, so this was disappointing. All food was made to order, which created a wait. However... More

Ring Laurel first and check out whats shes cooking, all her ingredients are fresh. Laurel is a true St Lucian character, full of life and fun. The food is Local Caribbean, mainly fish, but chicken curry and BBQ pork. She also cooks bread that you can buy to take home. Or just ring an order into her and collect to... More

small local restaurant, limited in choice, but clean and quick and the food is Ok, friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere reasonable in price, it is not fine dining but fine if you are in a hurry.

If you want an authentic St. Lucian meal and experience you need to go visit Laurel. She is a wonderful hostess and the food never disappoints. It's tucked away just outside of the Rodney Bay area on the way to Windjammer Landing Resort...and its worth the effort to find it!

We went to Laurel's for dinner based on a recommendation from our resort. Laurel gets a variety of fresh fish in each day and cooks it herself to order. We loved our dinner so much that we went back a second night. She had completely different choices of fish, but everything was just as great!

Visited for an evening meal, with a group, as part of a holiday in St Lucia. Service was poor, main course average but the pudding was poor. Offered banana cake and ice cream but the ice cream didn't materialise so had just a small piece of dryish cake. This was almost thrown at us - not served nicely at all.... More
