We didn’t make a booking and were delighted to be accommodated by the lovely front of house staff. Really nice waterside location, and great ambiance. The food was delicious and our fish was cooked perfectly. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

From start to finish everything was fantastic. The service, the food, the drinks and the location. Very welcoming with a lovely view of the bay.
If you're looking for a special place for a lovely dining experience, then Jacques is the place. A little pricier than other places in Rodney Bay but worth it for the great menu with variety and specials with lovely service. We would very much recommend...Jacques.More
Locations is very beautiful they do make reservations and it is recommended. Services was good they have a lot of staff who are friendly locals and professional, if they want the next level service then the staff need to make recommendations on wine parings would...have been what we expect did not happen. Food was good we had catch of the day fish was nice. My husband had the mango chicken was very good as well. For it to be a 5 the both our meals were a little over cooked not a deal breaker but given prices and level of service we would expect that to happen. Flavors were good and seasoned well. Overall was a lovely meal and experience we would go back again. Cost was just over $300 east Caribbean which includes 10% tip and 10% tax.More
What a fantastic restaurant, the location, atmosphere and service were just great. A bit more expensive thanks others, but the food that Chef Jacques serves is special. The service from Cathy and the team was excellent as well. We will be back. Thank you to...Jacques, Cathy and team.More
Jacques provided a delightful experience. The staff exuded warmth and hospitality, and the venue, being part of our hotel, was conveniently accessible. Despite the need for a reservation due to its popularity, it wasn't an issue. The ambiance was stunning, and the food exceeded expectations;...I enjoyed the lamb chops, while my partner savored the duck. The only minor hiccup was a delay in receiving the bill, prompting us to head to the reception area. Unfortunately, there was an error in our bill, including cocktails we didn't order. Fortunately, we caught the mistake, informed the receptionist, and she promptly corrected it. Overall, it was a positive experience.More
Excellent waterside position in Rodney Bay and a ‘go to’ destination, particularly if you’re celebrating a special occasion. Staff are friendly and professional. Food superb. My seafood soup starter was one of the best soups I’ve ever tasted and beautifully presented too. Will definitely revisit...upon my return to the island.More
A beautiful setting right on the harbour front. A good choice of dishes on the menu. We went twice during our two week stay and both times the food was excellent, service attentive and professional and the atmosphere very tranquil. The French chef/ owner and...his wife make a point of personally greeting customers and chatting with them; a very personal touch.More
We celebrated my wife's birthday at Jacques and the dinner and atmosphere was perfect. The food was delicious, and the service was equally as good. They were attentive but not intrusive. The view from our waterfront table was so relaxing and added to the overall...ambiance. The highlight was when the chef came out to greet us and we had a lovely conversation about the Island.More
Overall Jacques Waterfront Dining was our favourite eating experience of our 2 week stay in magical St Lucia. The location and setting are perfect, slightly off the beaten track on a quiet area of the marina. We were seated directly at the waterfront with exceptional...views. It was truly magical. The menu is classy and varied, a special mention goes to the leek, portabella and goats cheese tart starter which was absolutely delicious. Both myself and my partner chose the fresh catch of the day, again tasted amazing. The service was outstanding, we were made to feel very welcome and the waiting staff catered very well to our every need. I accidentally knocked my glasses off my head on the way to the restroom and they fell into the water (slightly overzealous on a hair flick 🫣). The owners went above and beyond to ensure they were successfully retrieved. I really can’t thank them enough.More
The setting and views from the restaurant was amazing. Located on the water(literally), either day or night the waterfront ambiance is relaxing. The service was impeccable. Our wait staff was very attentive with the attention to detail stellar. The food was to die for. We...had the escargot, side salad, filet mignon, seafood skewer and their multiple layer yellow and chocolate cake. The owners are the chef and manager which went out of their way to make a special occasion memorable. If you’re visiting the North part of Saint Lucia, I would highly recommend eating dinner here. You won’t regret it…I Promise!!More
Another great meal. Lovely service from all the staff and high quality food and wine list. Cathy tried very hard to get us a waterfront table. Worth booking in advance. Judging by the popularity of the restaurant the evening we went booking in the high...season is essential. Looking forward to my next visit.More
Excellent food . Stunning views . Great atmosphere. The fillet steak was delicious as were the muscles. Would definitely recommend for a romantic occasion
I'm a St Lucian and I am so happy to have stumbled upon this gem! my boyfriend and I celebrated Valentine's Day at Jacques and we had such an amazing time. The ambience was calm and soothing, the staff were all incredibly friendly, the service...was superb, and the food!!! OMG the food!! 10/10! i loved everything and I'm a picky eater! We had a 3 course meal and from the appetizers to the desserts, we were left extremely satisfied. They even had my favorite bottle of wine which I can never find!! Compliments to Chef Jacques and his lovely wife Catherine. We will DEFINITELY be back!More
Lovely ambience and very attentive service. Mahi mahi was very good as was the grouper according to my dinner partners. Prices are not inexpensive but the views are great and the restaurant is near a really nice beach with excellent sunsets.
