Excellent Location with gorgeous food

We always have at least one meal at the Coal Pot when we visit St Lucia. A magical location in the evening, excellent service and stunning food. A table next to the water just adds to the wonderful experience.

The atmosphere was great, nearly every table has a gorgeous view of the water and boats. However the food was just okay. I ordered chicken and my husband ordered the steak.. (pictures attached) and we were not impressed. The day before eating here we had the same dish in Soufriere at a local restaurant, spend less than half the price... More

Stopped in without a reservation and the hostess was more than accommodating. A relaxed dinner on the water was the end to a perfect day. The waiter was very helpful when selecting from the menu.

By far the best meal we had while visiting St. Lucia but, with quality comes a pricey menu but it was worth it. Pretty ambient lighting is set up throughout the establishment. The only downfall to the restaurant was the service. We had requested a drink menu and had to wait and wait and wait. Meanwhile another party of 8... More

Really nice food but a bit pricey. Right outside the capital on the harborfront next to the regional airport. The food is really good and the staff friendly as is the setting there. Only complaint is that it can get full on cruise days and is slightly pricey.

I came here with my wife & two children after reading excellent reviews. To say it’s remote & romantic is a little unfair. It’s down a dark, awful road at the end of the airport runway. We paid US$350.00 for main courses, 1 bottle of wine a couple of cokes and 2 deserts. The fish was not fresh, the sparkling... More

Possibly the best Steaks in St Lucia in such an amazing water's edge setting. Wonderful range of sauces too. Excellent seafood also recommended

The setting is so beautiful with the sea lapping up against the edge of the terrace and lots of fish swimming around, right at the table, that you almost forget to order. The staff are eccentric but charming. The décor and tables settings are beautiful. The choice of seafood and fish was very good. I loved the crab back starter... More

Tucked into Vigie bay near George Charles Airport is found a great fresh catch restaurant! the locals rave about it. You pick the fish and then pick the style of cooking which includes the sauce and spices. one can not go wrong. One wonders as one approaches the restaurant from the backe road but it is well worth the mysterious... More
