Good food, nice location

We enjoyed a nice lunch--with particularly delightful salads--for 7 adults and 3 infants. Service was good, but slower than we are used to, and there was a mix-up regarding a nut allergy leading to further delay. The location was perfect for a toddler to spend time next to the water with her dad... read more

Sorry - you've read the same reviews I have. But the food here was boring. A local chef told me the original chef at Coal Pot left because he got divorced and now his wife is running the restaurant. The food is really nothing special. The best part of the meal was a creme brûlée. The callaloo soup was very... More

We stopped here after a private fishing charter. We asked our boat captain where they'd recommend to eat. It was a frustrating experience getting there from the water taxi dock, because we didn't specifically tell the water taxi ticket taker where we wanted to go and we paid for a round trip to the stores (and didn't get off the... We had a wonderful lobster dinner with a starter of escargot. The staff was very attentive and strived to make our dinner a pleasant experience. We would recommend this restaurant to anyone wishing an enjoyable meal.

I eat here regularly and really like it. It has delicious local dishes cooked to perfection. Quite pricey but reasonable for the generous portions and setting. Consistently good.

I went here last night with 4 friends I am traveling with. ALL of our meals were fantastic...Porl Loin, Rib Eye, Surf and Turf(My Fave). The appetizers were a great starter to the fantastic food to come. We ordered, Lobster Bisque, Mussels, Calamari and Seafood mixture. For dessert we ordering pretty much everything and we're all delighted. There menu was... More

This restaurant is beautifully situated on a tiny inlet near the Castries Airport. It is stunning and romantic. However, the food is only average, and the prices do not reflect that. We thought it was overrated. However, the crab back is delicious. If you do decide to go, it's worth trying that.

The food here is excellent - the ambiance is beautiful, so if you are an normal eater, this place will be perfect for you. However, I am Coeliac, which means that I HAVE to eat gluten-free - no wheat, barley or rye (this isn't a faddy thing - it's a recognised, diagnosed auto-immune disease). When I told my server this,... More
