Excellent view, romantic setting

We had dinner the first night, ambience and service outstanding. Fanny was our waitress, she made us welcome and had a terrific personality. Food was above average, but no value. But you don't pay for a value meal, you pay for the gorgeous view.

Up on top of Eden Rock, looking across the bay of St. Jean, this Jean Georges protege offers up choices, tastes and flavors the equal to any other place on Barths, and, possibly, anyplace else. Inventive cocktails and a deep wine list compliment this extraordinary experience.

Went there with my family several times during my stay. It is incredibly romantic and the fact that you're right on the edge of a rock makes the whole dining experience more magical. Food is excellent and the wine menu is thoroughly complete. Background music and deco make the ambiance chic and cool. Overall, a perfect example of what dining... More

Our last night and special occasion night out for dinner on the island every time. A fun vibe, overlooking St. Jean. Excellent cocktails and entrees to die for!

St. Bart's always impresses me with the cuisine and as I've noted in my reviews, I live in Manhattan so we like to think we know good food. On the Rocks and On the Sand are both options for true foodies. Every single course seemed like it was better than the next. The salmon ceviche was incredible, as was the... More

We always go to On the Rocks for one of the best lunches, and I am sure dinners are equally as good. The setting is one of the most gracious spots on the beach, gentle breezes and waves lapping at your feet. The food is amazing, I had a snapper special which couldn't be beat. The wait staff couldn't have... More

Anything connected to or with Jean Georges is bound to wow your tastebuds. With that sad On the Rocks did not disappoint. True French cuisine is offered here. The tuna tartar was so delicious - fresh tuna topped with spicy ginger sauce and avocado - OMG delicious. We also had the mushroom ravioli - which was very taste. My husband... More

Nice restaurant under the lead of Jean-Georges, located in the Eden Rock hotel. Tables are located on round terraces so the view is all about. The food is good but not at the level of the expectations. Maybe Monsieur Jean-Geeorges should pass more often in this kitchen. Service was good on the night we went.
