Best lunch deal(s) on the island

Opposite side of the port, right along the water/boat docks, this small restaurant had some very good prices for lunch specials. For 18 euros each, we had their blackboard special(s) which included a drink (beer, wine, soda, etc.) as well as coffee afterwards. And bread on the side, too. My... read more

3rd time in SB. First dinner at Cote Port Andy the last. Grilled calamari appetizer was over cooked and oily. Steak tartare entree was too heavy with Worcestershire....didn't even eat half of it. My wife's risotto was way to buttery (and I love butter) Will not return.

My wife and I make sure we come to Cote Port every time we are in St. Barths. Their Planteurs are awesome, the food is very good (for St. Barths, which means wonderful every where else in the world), and we've been treated kindly and professionally.

The owner is super nice but his wait staff couldn't be bothered because we weren't French. If you are French then go but everyone else really isn't welcome there. We sat down for lunch and waited and waited and waited while some locals came in after us and were eating appetizers before we got our wine. Oh well! Too many... More

Liked the location, pricing and menu selection. Staff a bit challenged and our waiter kept changing from one person to another.

Stopped by for lunch after shopping in Gustavia. Surprisingly busy, despite which the service was efficient and reasonably friendly. Ti Punch and accras not quite up to Martinique standards, but good. Mixed grilled seafood was enough for 2 to share, and tasty. Generous pour on the single glasses of wine. Overall enjoyable experience.

We had just docked the charter sailboat by the town hall and were looking for a nice lunch spot when we found Cote Port. Upon entering, we were immediately greeted and shown to a nice outdoor table overlooking the harbor. There were two lunch specials—one beef and one fish-- and they were both very good. The desserts did not disappoint.... More

What we also love about Cote Port is that it's loved by locals which is always a good sign on an island that's obsessed with food. Arrive early and you'll be pretty much on your own. The locals don't seem to dine until closer to 9 o'clock. The portions here are so large that sharing should be encouraged especially with... More

Nice spot off the main drag. Very good food in large portions with good service. Always love when the owner thanks you for coming in and he does that here. Went twice, pleased both times.
