Our reservation was at 9pm, but because they were so busy we had to wait for approximately 30 minutes at the bar for our table. After about 15 min, they sent us over an appetizer to keep us busy which we thought was vey nice. Our meals... More

This place is everything they say about it. It's a little small, noisy, and hot, but once you see through these things; service is top notch, food is excellent. We ordered buratta to start and risotto mushroom and scaloppine and a spicy spaghetti arrabiatta next to it. It one of the best cooked I've had anywhere We finished with a... More

Have been going to St Bart's annually + for over 20 years and to Isola once a trip since it opened. Without fail we have to wait at the bar for at least 30 minutes each and every time. Over Thanksgiving week I noticed a bottle of Monkey 47 Gin on the bar. Having drank it in Europe and knowing... More

L'Isola has and remains one of our top 2 restaurants on St. Barth. Sure, we don't necessarily look for Italian cooking on this wonderful French island, but when the food is as good as it is here, how can you resist?? We can't! The spaghetti with lobster is simply the best we have had anywhere in the world - including... More

L Isola is definitly a must for a fun night out with friends in St Barths. Yes its quite noisy but then there is a good party atmosphere, the food is good - we had the pasta of the day and the grilled langoustines. after diner we headed to Monbarth, the new bar/lounge next door.

We read most of the reviews and said, 'this should be the one'. And it was not. First of all totally over priced for what you get. Even if you are willing to pay that crazy money, service should be top notch. Guess what, the very first answer my wife received when she wanted to change an ingredient in the... More
