It's always open. The service is good. The location is great. The price is reasonable. Clean. This is the most boring TA review I have made until now. I can only liken it to a review of a shopping mall restaurant or a restaurant in mid town Manhattan...you would/should never come here unless there are no/few other options. However, given... More

Had a yummy champagne cocktail and my s/o grabbed an app while waiting on the ferry back to St. Maarten. Nothing extraordinary, but not bad either. Of course over priced because it's got a great location in the marina. Only one guy working both the bar and restaurant, seems you'd stick an extra person on around ferry times.

This is a solid choice for breakfast and lunch. The location is great and right across the street from the ferry port and down the road from great stores like Louis Vuitton, Chopard, and Carat. The frites are excellent. We liked this place so much for the value that we visited for lunch and dinner in the same day. I'm... More

The restaurant is located in a some what difficult spot to find, but well worth the hunt!!! This is a working mans lunch restaurant, nothing to tricky. Fritters, veal, lobster, yes lobster, beef, fish all and many more selections. Go enjoy the simple well prepared food, at fair prices.

We have been to St Barths for many years. We had only been to Le Repaire once with a couple of friends for dessert and it was excellent. This time we decided to go for dinner. I had the shrimp appetizer. It was good but the shrimp was overcooked. For my main entree, I had a fish dish but it... More

Even though the food was just average, Le Repaire is a lovely restaurant with a great atmosphere and excellent service.

Having used Tripadvisor to find a good French restaurant close to our location, we hit the jackpot. The location is OK, the decor really nice, the service friendly.....but all was trumped by the food. The menu is interesting but I opted for the special, as they sounded so unusual. A 'lobster stew' with saffron and a soft boiled egg was... More

Sit by the window and watch the world go past whilst enjoying a great french/asian mixed menu. Go early to get the roadside seats. Whilst a bustling town, this road is not too busy

By sheer happenstance we stumbled into this scenic waterfront French restaurant in Gustavia, the capital of St Bart's in the French West Indies. Initially, my instincts warned me that this might be a tourist trap as it is right on the main drag through town near where the mega-yachts dock and cruise ship passengers come ashore, but I was pleasantly...
