Bonito is a very up market and yet relaxed restaurant. The interior is very stylish with a white and blue interior and the restaurant is open to the outside which allows you to look out onto Gustavia, which is very pretty. We always like an excuse to dress up and Bonito certainly allows you to do this. My daughter is... More

So valet parking, check, lovely welcome and cocktail - check... And that's it unfortunately. After ordering I asked for a bread roll however entree was served within 7 minutes of sitting down, I asked for oil or butter to accompany bread roll, which arrived. The entree plates needed to be cleared because less than 5 minutes later our main was... More

I loved this place last year when we went . This year I was sad that my fav restaurant wasn't my fav anymore. I'm not very picky at all ! It takes a lot to make me frown about service but it was pretty bad here. They were very polite but good came at different times , salty , forgot... More

This is our second visit to Bonito and we enjoyed it just as much as the first time. It is located on a hill as others have pointed out so you have a wonderful view of the harbor. We made reservations so had no trouble being seated. Tip: it is the only restaurant on the island on OpenTable. Our food... More

Trendy looking modern space with a nice view of Gustavia. Food is well prepared, modern take. In the end this felt like a corporate restaurant to me that was filling in all the right dots to be successful but it lacked the kind of homey feel of other reataurants in st barths and the ones we favor everywhere. There is... More

Located in Gustavia on a small hill, this restaurant has got all the ingredients for a success story. At arrival, the valet service guy welcomes you. At the reception, correct welcoming, although you start to feel an unorchistrated work-environment. We didn't make a reservation and the person in charge (i guess) told us we could wait at the bar for... More

Great! What else can be said? This is a "can't miss". Perched over the harbor, there is not a bad seat in the house. The wait staff was extremely professional and made our dining experience extremely enjoyable.

I was in St. Bart's for my birthday week and being a foodie, I hit all the usual suspects. Unfortunately the weather was horrible so we had a lot of time to drink/ eat/shop. We originally had a reservation at the Wall House but as we drove up in a torrential downpour we noticed the place was dark. We knocked... More

We came back to St. Barts after 10 years and were recommended to go to Bonito by some friends that were there recently. The restaurants are all very expensive as everybody knows but this place was truly worth the experience. Incredible drinks, great food, great scenery and vibe in the restaurant. While Le Gaiac and Maya are very good in... More
