I dined at Brigadoon in March of 2014 while visiting my sister on Saba. I had a wonderful piece of Grouper cooked in what the restaurant calls "Crazy Water." It was so light and fresh, but somehow still burst with a very complex and rich flavor. It did not overpower the beautiful piece of ocean fresh Grouper. I also really... More

This downtown Windwardside restaurant is right along the main street in town. The food was excellent, and the service was too! Our group ordered from the menu ahead, and had excellent choices and all food was very good. The tuna and mahi were among the favorities! The slide show of the evening, presented by Sea Saba was a great, brief... More

Returning to Saba for our 4th time, one of the onshore highlights is Brigadoon. On this small island Michael and Trish have year in and year out served food that is bar none outstanding. We had dinner their on both last Sunday and Friday nights, and they crab cakes (mostly crab with just enough "cake" to hold them together) were... More

We really enjoyed dinner at Brigadoon. The menu is an interesting mix of Caribbean and Middle Eastern cuisine, and we tried a little of both and loved it all. One of the owners waits tables (along with a few others) and her husband is the chef. Their house wine was very good, and the crab cake special was literally solid... More

The Brigadoon is wonderful!! The food and the service are exceptional. Tricia and Mike the owners treated you like family. We would recommend this restaurant as a must do when in Saba.

Brigadoon is the only restaurant on Saba to feature Saban lobster! Indeed, all of their seafood is locally harvested, and owner/chef Michael is extremely creative with wonderful results We had the fruits de mer appetizer, the local mahi-mahi with banana cilantro sauce, and conch fritters and were simply amazed at the quality of the food on such a small island.... We had dinner our first night in Saba. Delicious meal, good wine, reasonably priced and delightful owners. Definitely would recommend the experience.

What a surprise! Two meals out of 5 days. Not a single item on the menu wasn't perfect. Bartender/owner, Tricia, knows how to schmooze with the guests while mixing some outstanding adult beverages. Kudos to husband Michael for his culinary masterpieces. Seared Ahi Tuna, enormous,(yes enormous) T-bone steak, fresh seafood, lamb; you name it. Thursday night was Prime Rib night;... More

I am confused about the relative placement of Brigadoon with Eden or Bistro del Mare. Eden is idyllic; outdoor tables within a garden and a view over rooftops towards Booby Hill, and Shearwater is a spectacular setting with elegant dining. In other words, you can push your chair back and stand up without banging into a wall or somebody else.... More
