I haven't even left this place and I already hate it. We were a party of 12 girls and 5 of us decided to get 3 starters and 2 entrees for all of us. Well, surprise surprise the restaurant charged us a 5$ fee per person for "sharing dishes" just because not all of us ordered entrees. It's a very... More

This was our final dinner in Vieques and if you want a quality meal, go to El Quenepo. Located right across from the Malecon in Esperanza, El Quenepo provides a higher class atmosphere as reflected in its presentation and price. Cocktails & Appetizers The bourbon selection was good (according to my boyfriend) and I had the Green Tea Cooler which... More

We booked this restaurant prior to our arrival on the island after reading the reviews on trip advisor and recommendations from the owners of our casita. It was pleasant, the owner Kate is delightful, but it didn't give us a warm, wrap your arms around you feeling. The food was good and the wine selection good. It's definitely worth a... More

Everything about this meal was perfect. Great service, accompanied by divine dishes, followed by attentive service and tasty deserts. Definitely worth the price. Love the atmosphere as well. The owner was very friendly.

My husband and two friends of ours took a trip to Puerto Rico & Vieques last month. Our last night on the island we wanted to go out to a nice restaurant and picked El Quenepo, and I am so glad we did. The place itself is beautiful, love all the open doorways/windows to see the ocean and feel the... More

So impressed with every aspect of this experience. Our table had pork loin another lamp chops, another scallops. Incredible! The "Wow" was the crab won ton appetizers, just delicious. The Rocky road s'more for desert magic!!!! Thank you, and yes, we will be back before we leave the island.

This is a small, high-end spot on Vieques. If you don't mind paying about $30 for an entree, I'd recommend it. Frankly, the tuna poke was the tastiest thing I ate on my entire trip to Puerto Rico this month. Yes, it's mainland fine dining prices, but they deliver. Portions are even commendably ample. If you are in the mood... More
