We were late the first day we tried since they had closed for the day. But we made it the next day and enjoyed the excellent carnitas. There were two tables behind the truck you could sit at, which we did, although the best thing to do would be to head straight down to the beach for a picnic. Just... More

Phenomenal sandwiches and empanadas at this unassuming food truck. The portions are huge - one sandwich is easily enough for two. Highly recommend picking up lunch here on your way to Red, Secret or Blue beaches!

Had missed them the last couple of days by going too late in the afternoon. Today went about 130. Wonderful couple running the truck. I had a jerk chicken sandwich and my wife had black bean carnitas falafel .... Plus we shared a pierogi that was excellent. 20 bucks total. Best food and value we have found this week.

Seriously delicious, and vegan/vegetarian offerings as well. The will go far (but not in the truck) ---- one of my fave spots to dine on the island.

We expected lines. Great truck food. We had black bean falafel choice, but it all looked great. And decent mango sun tea.

The food was wonderful and moderately priced. People were friendly and always helpful on the decisions. I made multiple trips to Sol Food, and although some menu items carried more Caribbean heat than I can handle it was worth the visit.

Sol Food is the islands worst kept secret? I drove by the food truck once and didn't stop...a few days later we made a run from red beach to sol food for sandwiches and empanadas....holy crap! Two sandwiches and two empanadas came to about $25...the cuban sandwich can't be eaten in one sitting, the jerk chicken was fiery hot with... More

As they begin running out of stuff mid-day on Sunday. This happened to us, but the owners were very friendly tried to make good by loading us up with free stuff. The pulled pork sandwich with the slaw is awesome! Passion fruit iced tea was very refreshing on a hot afternoon.

By far the best food truck that we have ever eaten from. The Bob Marley was juicy and spicy. As we were waiting for our food to be prepared several items became sold out so get there early it is worth it. If you take the food into the park it is relaxing to have awesome food and to watch... More
