AMAZING MEALS!

This is by far the best meal we had the entire time we spent in Puerto Rico. The food is beyond delicious and you can tell it is made with true passion. We ordered the Sangria Chicken both nights and is is the most delicious food I've ever had. The atmosphere is also great! We had the same waitress... read more

We were new to the island and ended up visiting several restaurants. This was the best by a moderate margin. I cook this type of food so am very fussy. My dish was ripe plantains as a cooked shelll for spiced ground beef. It was otherworldly. My wife had mofongo. She is Puerto Rican and before this dish said she... More

It's another converted house so the lay out is little goofy. We sat outside in the back yard. Again, everything here is on "island time" so don't get excited about the service. The food was great and I would definitely go again. Kids had a great time ran around the backyard chasing lizards. The staff was great and spent time... More

This is my favorite restaurant in the Island of Vieques. Managed by its owners, they pay careful attention to the food and service. The menu is filled with local dishes which are all very good, in particular the "pastelon de carne". Even if you go to Vieques for just a couple of days, this is a sep you must make... More

We had wonderful food and excellent service. The sangria was awesome. But the price seemed a bit steep for what you got. Definitely one of the nicer places you can go in Isabella Segunda but if you are looking for inexpensive this is definitely not the place.

We stayed in Vieques for a week and like to try a little bit of everything. The three of us range in "will eat anything" to "a picky eater" (me). We all agree this was the best by far. We started with the carafe of sangria which is amazing. Two of us ordered the golden chicken dish- stuffed with plantains... More

The food here is very good, but the staff couldn't be more indifferent. We were greeted at the front door by a man who acted like we shouldn't be there. Our waitress was looking all over the restaurant when we ordered or asked her questions. If they could actually make you feel like they wanted you at their restarurant, it... More

I did not eat here, but got takeout. Although they were very busy the night I went, they were friendly and very accommodating about preparing a takeout order. While I waited, I could see a very pretty place in the style of the island. I would certainly come here for dinner. The Tres Leches cake was amazing delicious!

My husband and I very much enjoyed dinner at Canuco. We agreed it was our favorite meal in the week we've been here. We shared a delicious crab and plantain croquette, and then he had the beef-stuffed sweet plantain, which was unique and so tasty, while I had the beef with beans and rice, which was right on the mark....
