We went here after our snorkeling guide (a native from the island) told us it would be the best seafood we would find. It was empty when we walked up, but we shouted Hola a few times and someone came out of the kitchen to help us. We ordered 2 pastellitos, one chicken and one crab. I was skeptical of... More

While at the produce market (intersection of 200 and 201 highways on Vieques Island), I asked a local where to dine for fresh fish. He was very enthusiastic in his recommendation of Tito Bloque. The fresh fish and experience was wonderful. Cost for dinner for two: low 40s—compared to almost twice that at Tradewind, Bili, and the other Esperanza restaurants... More

Our taxi driver told us that this was his favorite place. I could see how he could be friends with the owner. He was a nice older man who was very sweet to the kiddos. That being said, the food was pretty expensive, and wasn't anything really special. I got the feeling that this was the best place on the... More

We had been told this place had great seafood. So we found the place and went in. Should have just turned around and left. The cook was a crack head and her pimp dealer was hanging around outside yelling in spanish at her to bring him food. The food was terrible and the beer was frozen. The owner is an... More

Tito Bloque's is a great local restaurant that gives the hungry traveler great food and a delicious taste of the unseen Puerto Rico. On an island where many transplants from the states open up tourist restaurants to attract the lazy traveler, Tito's caters to the journeyman that wants the vibrant experience of the local life. Its a small, open restaurant... More

Tito Bloque is an unassuming but very well known restaurant that offers some of the best empanadillas full of lobster, conch or crabs. It's owner, Ismael alias Tito Bloque, is a character with many stories and he is not shy about sitting and sharing them with you. The food is great and well priced. It is located off the main... The best fish, lobster and turnovers in Vieques. The best freshly made seafood. It is simply exquisite.

We went here on a Friday evening for dinner and had a delicious, authentic meal - fried breadfruit, griddlecakes, and beef encopallada. The older couple that runs the restaurant are friendly and casual. I would recommend it if you are looking for a reasonably-priced, home-cooked meal.

if you are hungry, this is not the place. Portions were the size of appetizers but priced as main courses. Waiting time close to an hour, food average.
